Thank you for not showing how to hook up the wires and how to thread them through to the brake lights it really helps out
Wow! I watched a video on installing the rear sequential lights where the guy took the whole bumper off. You made it look super easy without taking off the bumper. Saved me time, definitely wanna do this mod now.
Yea you definitely do not have to take the bumper off. Definitely worth the mod
So glad I saw this, was not looking forward to removing the bumper. I hope the Hatch is as easy as the Sedan. You have a knack for this
Just bought the ones that are plug and play. They come with the wiring harness so you don't have to splice anything. You are the only guy I have seen that doesn't take off the bumper, well done.
Where did you get the plug and play ones? how did they turn out? a link would be much appreciated
I’d like to know as well.
I keep trying to post the link but it deletes itself.
Yea i seen those on eBay recently pretty cool
Do they make plug and play for the front drl? Good thing I seen this comment. No splicing is a big plus.
I’m new to doing repairs on my own. I Just installed mine, took me some time but managed to get it done. Thank you for your video helped me save time and money from taking it to a shop. Next installing my v3 dragon tail lights.
Such an excellent video. Well done
I purchased on Amazon one of those long flexible push button grabbers, works like a charm in these cases.
They look real nice on that 2022 Honda ! 🙌🏻 yess!
Agreed!
cool vid bro! hoping for more :)
very well explained video! i have the '22 Civic Sport sedan and i was having trouble trying to take off the mirror cap but now i know where the tabs are, thank you!
Did you buy different caps for the sport?
@@AR95192 i did not, i kept the stock mirror caps cause i like the black mirrors
That’s weird. My girlfriend just got the 2022 Honda Civic sport sedan and her car does not come with the turn signals OEM.
@@rolosnismoz34 i live up in Canada, the Canadian version of the Civic Sport sedan comes with turn signals on the mirrors. i know the US version does not so, i can only assume you guys live in the States
This looks sick
Great video. Looks great too. Gonna follow your lead and hook my car up. Thanks.
Love these mods!
I’m ordering these lights look really good
They do!
How long total would you say for the bumper led install, my mechanic is trying to hit me for 3 hours at 125 an hour.
Nice! I want to try the bumper lights first. I have a 22’ civic hatch. If you have a pic of your wire connection can you please share.
I don’t unfortunately
Great job! seems like I got some work to do this summer. By any chance, Do you know if there is any option to upgrade the headlight? I still feel it's a bit dark.
There aren’t any
Nice video. Are you going to do the tail lights to the sport and some fog lights? Thank you fir the video!
Yes i am planning on doing the fogs for the sport. Figuring out what oem fogs i can use and wiring
Just installed mine but the start up sequence isn’t working everything else is tho
If I have a regular civic sport can I still change these?
The mirrors. Thank you so much.
Sport doesn’t have a light in the mirror
I've seen someone do the sequential fog lights up front. Any chance you can do those without removing the bumper?
I don’t. Really like how they look so i probably won’t be doing a video on them
can you kinda measure in details, cause i wanna know if this fits the hatch back also
I believe the hatch has a different shape
The hatch is different
Hey bro nice video I'm stuck on taking the mirror cap off to get to the mirror led. Tried poking the two clips out with a trim tool and screwdriver but it doesn't seem to want to pop out
When i popped mine out almost felt like it was going to break
@@NamedLisandro eventually I got it. Putting the mirror back in to those balls was intense too 😳 Thanks for vid. I had my mirror cap wrapped in forged carbon I'll post it eventually when I get around to edit it :) the sequential turn lights are so much better than the stock ones. I hope they last a while before they burn out since they are so bright
For the tail/number lights, is the install the same for the sport trim?
Yes
Would I be able to take out the amber turn signals and just use these as the turn signal instead?
I guess technically you can. Legally maybe not. You’ll have to add a resistor on the amber side though so you don’t get hyper flash
Look nice where are your shop to take my civic 2022 to install those accessories
I’m in central Florida
Can u do this with the new honda
sport hatch which doesn't come with. Morrior signals??
If it doesn’t have the mirror light from factory you cannot
@@NamedLisandro ty for th3 reply shame on honda for that
I just wondering that EX and touring ar the same taillight wiring’s?
Should be
Did you have trouble getting the plugs to connect in the mirror lights?
I had to push them in hard but other than that no
What model is that on bro? My girlfriend has the 2022 Honda Civic sport and her car doesn’t have turn signals on her car
this is the touring. sport doesnt have the lights on the mirrors
Hi, I was doing the same side mirror led, may I ask how do you put the side mirror glass back to the white ball sockets?
Apply pressure with your palm evenly around the mirror so you don’t crack it it should pop in
@@NamedLisandro Thanks! But how do you put it back to the two white ball sockets that are for controlling the direction of the glass? I am able to put it back but I lost the function of adjusting the mirror.
I was wondering if u figured it out because I currently have that problem with my 2023 I did everything and everything works just not the adjustment feature
@@nonstoplitjr5079 No, I ended up paying extra for a mechanic to fix it.
Looks nice.
how did you connect the wires? did you splice them? Warranty issue?
I just spliced
@@NamedLisandro does that void warranty?
Any hyper flash issues with the rear bumper sequential lights?
No
How do you connect the wires? How do you spice*??
Strip some of the plastic and wrap around
Do these have reflective properties at all?
No. Not needed it’s lit up
I wish you showed you how plug the wirings
They have some on eBay now that are plug and play
Do you have a new link to the bumper lights
I don’t. But they have them on eBay now
Looks good. I wanna do the rear lights but kinda nervoua to do it myself i domt wanna fuck anything up
Instead of widening I've seen others drill the hole in the center and run the wire straight through. That's what I'll probably do.
Will these work on the 11th gen si?
Si doesn’t have lights in the mirror. Bumper ones will work
Would this work on the si as well
The rear reflectors yes
they still working alright?
Yes
tigre?
How did you splice the wiring for the tail lights?
I just shaved the plastic off each wire and twisted it and taped it cleanly. I didn’t want any bulky connectors
@@NamedLisandro Very informative video and instructions. Thank-you.
@@NamedLisandro this removes warranty? Any other method?
Both links are not working.
I believe you can find them on eBay now
it would have been much better if you can so us NOOBS how to splice wires :-(
Look into some posi tap connectors. They are very easy to use.
recommend not to widen the hole, it looses it's grip.
