Sisig is traditionally made with the hog's face, jowl, snout, ears, and mashed chicken liver. All meats will be boiled in water with seasonings and aromatics then charcoal- grilled to get a smoky flavor. They're then chopped up and mixed together with chilies, onion, seasonings, calamansi and is served on a sizzling platter. The best bits are the crusty parts on the bottom. Wash it down withan ice cold beer.

I love the delicious food from Gerry’s grill, their dishes are really flavourful. 😊 The food at second serving is equally yummy.

For Kare-Kare it is always paired with rice, then you put a pinch of Bagoong, and the saltiness of the bagoong will enhance the Kare-Kare flavor.

Very big heavy flavours eh. We had too much rice already, so we didn't go with rice

If you're Kare-kare taste just like peanut butter with water then you're cooking and eating your Kare-kare wrong.
Chicharon bulaklak. Why does it looks like a flower?
Hence the word "bulaklak" literally means flower.
