Orokin Eye is a genuine godsend of an ability with no downsides IF every other person on your team has kept up with minor scannables because nothing is more annoying than having that marker be up for the entire mission but it's because of someone else's unscanned Kuria
Well from my experience with the orokin eye it acts like golden instincts with the base range it also marks for Squadmates if they don’t have anything scanned
I haven't used golden instinct because I hear that the line leading you to the found item disappears after a short while and then you have to wait for the cool down to use it again
@@redeemrnever happened to me using orokin eye, in my experience it often doesnt do anything and sometimes gets you an ayatan, but with the voca in the new tilesets it is great for free standing
@@redeemr Golden instinct is mostly a meme, but it's good for ayatan hunting on Lavos as he can reduce said cooldown, and it's more a support tool for orokin eye tbh, when you're kinda in the right place pop eye instead
@@flophoenixif it dosent mark anything just means nothing is in range, certain things are randomly spawned so everything can be on one side of the mission the range is 175m which is kinda short but it’s in a circle and it goes through walls, definitely best if the whole team has it u can each use it at a certain distance

I'm addicted to orokin eye, not only finding medallions is easy, but the increment in sculpture finds is addicting, other than that, override for spionage sorties is what i've been using since i started playing the game
I stick with override for those pub spies that go sideways 2 quick. Didn't know about orokin eye though might put on the farm list. It's probably too niche for DE to change but I would like 5 mins to be the base and 2 1/2 as the upgrade
Honestly the main reason I haven't been using them is because they are consumable but now knowing about the Orokin Eye and Khal not consuming charges it's defo on my to do list
I've been using Kahl's air support quite a bit when soloing recently. Been quite useful. Just recently got the Parallax, so definitely should start using Orokin Eye! Thanks for the useful video.

Nice video. I personally use the healing tower a lot! I mark areas in tile sets and use it as a platform against eximus units in very high level missions. Unfortunately DE fixed this, so even if you stand on the tower, the attack of the eximus where they put a field on the ground, can hit you a little bit. I usually use the tower and add my glyph on it, when the tower disappears, the glyph stays in this position.
the category definitely could use a buff but I dont think there is much incentive for DE to do it. We're just gonna have to make the best of what we currently have

I think orokin eye and kahl beacon are underused Orokin eye simply because its not common knowledge that it even exists, let alone the fact most dont even know what air supports do lmao Kahl just makes missions that tiny bit easier, so if youre soloing sp its pretty helpful, mostly because theyre just a distraction for the enemies though
I use the Kahl crew alot since it's basically free (no longer consume chargers since a few updates ago, not sure if a bug or feature) , they last a long time and they seem to scale pretty good even in steel path.... Plus it,s fun to be able to leave like four ppl to protect a defense objective or add more DPS on a boss. Orokin eye kinda annoys me due to it's short scan range and super long refresh timer... Especially in the newer tilesets that are extremely large and have gigantic rooms everywhere. Rest I don't really use, although I know the ordis hacking one can save you in sortie scenarios where you get spotted in a spy or rescue vault.
My general gameplay loop has been summon kahl at the start of the mission and then whenever an acolyte spawns or I run into a boss or something I summon my on call crew. Makes it so I have to worry a lot less about everything
I see Orokin Eye being used in almost every run of Whispers in the wall content. I'm using it a lot right now too. But Kahl is definitely my favorite one. I think the others need to be buffed. Like buff the range and/or casting speed if the Nightwave one, allow med tower to heal objectives and make the heal percentage based, make the sentry gun scale with level and decrease the spread and carpet bomb... Idk just rework it entirely
The casting speed with all of them is pretty weird. Especially override in spy missions because it waits until all the other dialogue is done. So sometimes it can take like 15-20 seconds to activate

@@samreddig8819 Rare orokin containers drop built forma along with the chance of the 1 mantis part. Max your warframe's range and add golden instinct to cover the entire map with it and cast at mission start. If something triggers move a bit into the mission and drop eye.
@@samreddig8819 what the guy above said. You will know you're close to the container when the golden instinct tells you to go back to an already explored room. That's when you can drop the orokin eye to quickly find out where exactly the container is. While you technically can just continue using golden instinct until it leads you to the container, it will take you WAY longer to do so. However, if you never scanned these rare containers, you could use your scanner as a substitute for the orokin eye.
@@samreddig8819 The various rare containers are in tile sets for bases built by the name sake factions. Rare Orokin containers are found in missions where the location was built by the Orokin so it would be the void and derelict Orokin ships.
back when i was working on Holdfasts standing to hit rank 5, i took like 1 or 2 days to farm Parallax parts. got doubles of 2 parts, and traded for the other one so i and another player could build it. been my main support ever since. when Whispers first dropped, nearly every group i was in would be using it to get Voca, so it felt like the whole squad was on the prowl for standing
Yea at the start of the update, almost every squad had at least one other person with it. I saw a higher MR player not know what it was and that partially prompted me to make this
I remember using sentry gun back in t4 void defense cause it was pretty good against nulli bubbles and I did know about medi tower, overide and carpet bomb too, I just never used them since I didn't see a point in them
Orokin eye basically carried me through farming vocas for the helminth fusion segment and voidplumes for phenmor, it's insanely useful. The med station can be useful too if you don't have a warframe with good survivability or a companion with hunter recovery
The best thing about Med-Tower is that you can go underground or enter walls with it. Get the med-tower spawn clipping with your warframe, tap 5 for about 24 times, you will be clipped underground and become the Man In The Wall ;)
@@redeemr well, a lot of usages if you have Titania, you can fly outside the map and reach where normally you can't reach or skip a part of map. you can shoot enemies from the wall while they can't shoot you
Completely agree with that. Carpet bomb needs a lot of help. Heavy impact is a faster way to kill enemies than carpet bomb. Bullet jumping into enemies a few times is too
Some are useful like Kahl beacon, Orokin eye and Override. The rest however almost useless as Dreamers sleep sometimes doesn't trigger, Med tower heals too few, Sentry gun just too fragile and Carpet bomb is bad version of Tempest Barrage.
Can you please do a video on warframe specters and the best weapons to equip them with. Like did you know rhino specters do roar and give the team a 50% buff. Test all the other warframe specters and see what the can do
I got orokin eye and honestly pretty good but better when using a build with golden instinct it kinda has short range but using golden instinct you can locate stuff and get in range for orokin eye to pick up the item and mark it
Brother until a week ago i didn't even knew they exist, AND I HAD THEM CRAFTED, and the ability selected. But I am playing this game on dead brain, I had no clue what I was doing.

the only thing I learn from this is the one I'm using(override) did not consume any charges. since I don't need any thing else the consistency boost and the speed I can just force unlock the door or ignore slow spy room and just rush for the room where it can provide is all I need.
Override is inconsistent in when it gets consumed or not. During testing it didn't get used but then I used it in a sortie spy yesterday and it was consumed so idk 🤷♂️
after trying them my self my verdict is that that are underpowered or don't work all the time like the orokin eye its random if it actually works or not.

But then sorties came out and people sucked at spies so i just kept override on for so long till orokin eye came out. I am now interested in the sleep just for the lulz in steel path tho thanks for showing how terrible it is cuz its one pulse but how interesting it is since it affects the nerds.

Another thing Orokin Eye doesn't mark is the Whisper in the Entrati Labs. But anything that Golden Instinct can find, the Orokin Eye can tag

Override saved my ass a lot of times on spy and rescue missions.
Ive clutched spy missions more than once with people by using override before.
It saved me just yesterday in the sortie spy

Override has saved hundreds of pub sortie spies for me over the years. Don't understand how so many people sleep on it.

I am so sick of doing sorties, getting to a spy mission, and no other mug uses the default air support when they muck up THEIR vault.
Normally I try it with a group first time and if they fail then I just do solo

With the older ones not being that strong and consuming charges it's harder to justify them compared to kahl beacon and orokin eye.

Carpet bomb needs to be upgraded to a full room clear. Maybe not kill the bosses but take out everything below a bombard/heavy gunner.

In more than 1000 hours i've used override twice in sortie spy missions and then I forgot about it.

The heal tower seemed like a more useful ability when the game was simpler. Back from operators couldn't heal anyone to full in like 4 seconds
