This is the reason why he only made a cd. Dimash has to be watched. Why do we like him so mucha? He lives the music he sings and he transmit this feelings to us. His instrument is amazing, but without the feeling, his voice would be just like many good singers around. He is just out of this world. I’m 73 years old European lady, and you can imagine how many great singers I have seen in my life. I have never seen or listen to anybody like Dimash. Thank you for your reaction.💝🙏

The first time I heard from Dimash was at the beginning of the pandemic. He sang SOS and for me it was a shock of emotions, feelings that he had never experienced in any performance. The second song I heard was Sinful Passion and here the same thing happened to me but increased to a superlative degree. Since that day I have not had a day without the magnificent presence of Dimash. I am already part of his "dears" and I will continue to be as well as the legion of millions of followers around the world.
Dimash always surprises us because each song or melody is expressed in such a way that it is impossible not to appreciate or enjoy it.
We are in the presence of a human being who promotes peace through his art, which he has refined through years of study and hard daily work. This generation has found in this artist someone to emulate because he not only shines on stage, but also he is a human being full of values and feelings of love for all human beings and for nature. How many artists could generate as much admiration as Dimash?

Great reaction! Let’s be honest, Dimash is just unbelievably talented with a gorgeous voice. To answer your question, I listen to Dimash because of his voice and because of everything else about him. Very hard to explain. If you think his voice is great which it is via you tube well you should hear him live. His voice is breathtaking, delicate, strong and yes everything else I can’t explain. His voice is simply magnificent! You mentioned him singing Adagio. Yes, he may of appeared cocky but that performance is really one that I love. Believe me, Dimash is extremely humble and is a genuine wonderful person with such honor and respect to all. I realize that was your point of view and that’s alright and definitely also respected. To me however, I just think he is a pure , hard working and gifted artist. Thank you so much for your great reaction. I really enjoyed it! 👍👏✌️and respect always!

We do know he will give it everything he has and then some. We know his stage presence alone will mesmerize you. We know when it is said and done, he genuinely appreciates his fans and treats the fans with incredible respect. There are so so many things that this post could go on for a very long time. Lets just say because he is the best.

I haven't really cried listening to music since my teens (and today I'm 53 years old). Not that much anyway. Then I "accidentaly" stumbled over Dimash like 3 years ago. And since then I listen to him litterarely every day, at least a snippet (and I used to enjoy the silence before Dimash..). And he brings me to tears each and every day...
This is my personal experience/theory :
He BECOMES his music as he enters the stage. And if yoy let him, he will reach in and touch the very core of your heart and soul... So you connect to his beeing and to your "inner self" in a very "deep" way...
I have had a lot of serious healthproblems for about 15 years now, which has been very stressful at times. For me Dimash has healing qualities to his voice. I have never experienced anything like this ever before. At first I didn't know how to react to my own reaction to Dimash and his art. Thankfully I soon realized that feeling this way is common amongst Dears (meaning I haven't necessarily gone mad)... 😅😅😅

I love his interpretation of music. His vocals are another instrument and an integral part weaving in and out rather than just complimenting what the band is playing. He is a story teller who leaves 100% of himself on the stage; his musicianship is always a conduit transfering his raw and deep emotional state directly into me as a listener, bypassing my intellect, and hitting me in the feels. I can close my eyes and let him in to rearrange how I am feeling and he leaves me better than when he found me. It's very difficult to put into words. He is music.

To answer your question, I firmly believe that it is his "Passion". Yes, it's also "Everything", but passion tops the list. Because Dimash is passionate about every song he sings! He is a Master Storyteller! I know of no other singer that can convey the soul of a song through his own Soul, the way Dimash does. He lives in the Heart of the song. He opens his mouth, unhinges his jaws and the most incredible and beautiful sounds of music come rumbling up from the soles of his feet. It doesn't matter what type of song he sings. It could even be "Three Blind Mice", and Dimash would make the song better by doing it his own way. I wouldn't ever want Dimash to change anything about himself. Not his music, not his way of life and not even his appearance. Dimash is the whole package. From gentle, soft sensitivity to extreme power that is like a lightening bolt shooting through you. He is the Soul of Passion in Music.

Dimash is the best singer in the WORLD and there are no doubts about that, his voice is a prodigy of nature and a genetic marvel since his parents are two glories of singing from Kazakhstan since he was 5 years old, he sings publicly and has more than twenty years of lyrical training and graduated from the university of music, he is a singer, composer, arranger and multi instrumentalist, he plays more than seven musical instruments and sings in more than Ten(10) languages, he is also a great performer and a great artist who lives and feels music He is not an imitator of voices , Dimash has his own style and is one of the forerunners of the "Popera" he also has a very pleasant, HUMBLE and simple personality, easy access, which makes it very easy to follow, he always travels with His family and friends is a very educated person and an example to follow, he has become known for his musical talent not for getting into trouble or scandals, It has a very wide vocal range of approximately 7 octaves ,he is a singer with a wide vocal range very versatile is Baritone, TENOR , Soprano, counter TENOR, mezasoprano, everything at the same time is how to have 5 singers in one, it has a male and female voice, also many resources such as vibrato, "melismas", falsetto, Staccato, whistle tone, reaching a( D8 )live "Outside of Piano"at the concert of Gakku in an unforgettable day, at his young age he continues to improve and grow musically to perfection, he has a good physical presence he measures 191 cm or 6 "3", he is very famous and recognized in Asia and now he is becoming known In Europe and America, ALL their songs are spectacular, it always goes from low to high, soft to spectacular at the end, in my almost half a century of life I never heard so much quality and it is the hope of continuity of the classical genre because all the old tenors have already Almost all of them died and Dimash can sing like them but none of them can sing like Dimash, being a Man he sings better than any Tenor and his female voice is superior to that of any average Soprano, greetings and a hug from Venezuela🇻🇪, "Dears" Forever ❤️👍🏻 Sorry for copying and pasting my informative comment in ALL the Video reactions to Dimash what I see but I do it with the intention of sharing information about him and what I think that in the music industry there are many artists who have been successful and have no talent and are bad people and they do not set a good example for the youth, Dimash and his music deserve to triumph in America, Europe and the whole WORLD, do you want to have already read my comment please come by without problem there is always someone who for the first time knows this information and I won't get tired of sharing it with all my friends"Dear" around the world, thanks for reading and for supporting Dimash 🙏🏻S.O.S. This was the third episode on I am singer 2017. He sings a medley of Queen songs with the Super Vocal Boys which is fantastic. But maybe you are ready for Hello by Lionel Ritchie. It is something else. Of course these performances are for competitions so he has to impress. If you want to hear just a simple song with no acrobatics or extreme notes, then try Quaragym-ai where Dimash sings a song by his mentor who died if covid. It is so emotional. Or Marigolds from his Kiev show. It is sung for Mother’s Day and his own mother is in the audience, very teary eyed, Or just recently, Amanat, where he sits cross legged throughout. It is as soft as a lullaby. He really can impress with just simple melodies too.

Hello! You ask what captivates us in Dimash? Of course, the first time you listen to him, every note of his voice amazes us. It has an immediate, powerful impact on everyone. He is an amazing talent. Voice, talent, charisma, beauty, subtlety, humanity - all in one package. But I appreciate him the most for his moral views. Dimash brings us a message of his soul from the heart to the heart of every person. What is this message? ... -love for the motherland, modesty, hard work, everything we lose in our lives. We hear many of them say about these values, but do those who talk about it live like that? It is a rare phenomenon! Dimash is the person who lives exactly as he talks about. He is very quiet and compassionate to children, He is a patriot who respects his cultural roots, loves his family and has great respect for the elderly.Dimash's achievements are the fruit of his hard work, professionalism and the principle of life, according to which musical talent is a task, not just a means of self-realization.I don't know anyone as amazing as Dimash. It's not even his technique, but his unique voice control, it's not his broad range, but the way and ability to convey such deep emotions to us at every performance. It's not just his voice, but the way he goes. he uses to reach our souls, it is not only his personality, but his unwavering patriotism and humility, it is not his words, but the love and respect he constantly enjoys - all this makes him the most remarkable artist of all time - nothing and no one can enjoy equate with him!Dimash has gathered fans from all over the world and he continues to do so, amazes us with every new performance, piercing our hearts and making us tears. And we are lucky, because we are witnessing what is most phenomenal - it's DIMASH!Greetings from Poland.

In any art, we go to get emotions. If you know exactly what will give you emotions, you can answer what you came for: for shock and vocal acrobatics, or for smooth vocalization with a whisper =) I never know what I'm going to like. I know that Dimash's performance will give me great emotions with a 99% chance.
Единственный раз, когда я подумала, что вступил другой человек - это в "Олимпико". Обычно я узнаю тембр Димаша.

He has deep love for his country and he portrays that incredibly in his music. Besides all that, he tries to reach as many as possible and shows that through singing in 12 languages. I know that I didn’t list it all, but it’s a start. Dimash’s music touches my soul like no one else ever has.

What makes a Dimash connoisseur (or Dear) is definitely not the shock value. Though it's an undeniable part of his capabilities as an artist, and certainly an initial attention-grabber, the shocking acrobatics are just one skill of an abundance of perfectly tuned skills that he has in his toolkit. There are Dimash songs/performances where he stays in only 2-3 octaves, sings no high notes at all, does no belting, and the pure beauty of his voice can bring me to tears. To name just some of the things where, for me, Dimash has set an unreachable bar: the purity of his tone, his incredible and utterly unique timbre, his vibrato, his total command of his breathing and all the ways he will use it stylistically, his dynamics (making choices per note of how soft or loud it should be), and his innate creativity to know exactly how to color each note to cause the listener to feel exactly what Dimash wants to convey. There is MUCH more I could write in answering your question, but it would turn into a book. :-D

He is constantly giving to charity and disaster funds, he is a global ambassador for many charities. He is a decent, moral, loving man who always keeps his word. Some background on Dimash, His father Kanat Aitbayev previously led the regional Cultural Development Board of Aktobe.[11] His mother Svetlana Aitbayeva is a soprano singer at the Aktobe Philharmonic Society,[12] a Member of the Standing Committee on Social and Cultural Development (Deputy of Maslihat of Aktobe region) and Artistic Director of the children's studio Saz in the Aktobe region.[13]
Kudaibergen was brought up in a close-knit musical family, and his grandparents played a major role in his upbringing, which follows a traditional Kazakh custom.[14]
Kudaibergen began performing at a young age, singing and playing the piano. His first appearance on stage was at the age of two in a minor role in a local theatre production. At home Kudaibergen took an interest in musical instruments, and his parents and his music teacher noticed that he had absolute pitch.[15][16] At the age of five, he began to take piano and vocal lessons at the children's studio of the local music college.[17] Kudaibergen first sang on stage the same year, at the age of five.[10] At the age of six, in 2000, he won the national piano contest Aynalayin.[10]
    Education[edit]
At the age of five, Kudaibergen began to take piano and vocal lessons at the children's studio of Aktobe's Akhmet Zhubanov Music College.[18][19] He later attended Gymnasium No. 32 in Aktobe.[20] Kudaibergen completed a Broadway Musical master class in 2009.[21] In 2014, he graduated in Classical Music with Major in Vocal (Bel Canto) from the music institute of K. Zhubanov University in Aktobe.[citation needed] He began his studies in Contemporary Music (Jazz, Pop) at Kazakh National University of Arts in Astana,[22] where he graduated with Major in Vocal on 27 June 2018.[23][24] On 18 June 2020, he graduated from the same university with a Master's Degree in Composition[25] by defending his Master's thesis with a perfect score, and receiving a recommendation for admission to doctoral studies in music.[26][27]
    Kudaibergen plays seven instruments,[28] piano, keyboards,[19][29] dombra,[30] drums,[31][32] guitar,[29] marimba[29] and bayan.[33]
    He speaks Kazakh and Russian, and is studying English and Mandarin.[34] He has performed songs in 12 languages,[6] Kazakh,[citation needed] Russian, English,[35] Mandarin Chinese,[36] Italian,[37] French,[38] Spanish,[39] German,[6] Serbian,[6] Turkish,[6] Ukrainian[40] and Kyrgyz.[6]
He was on the Chinese show I am Singer in 2017 as a wildcard contestant. The producers didn’t think he would make it beyond the 2nd show but he blew everyone away.
In the audience of his Sinful Passion performance was Igor Krotoy, a Russian music producer. He came out of semi retirement after hearing Dimash. Please react to Ogni Pietra Olympico, Igor wrote and arranged this song for Dimash, czcams.com/video/dkPS6t84qg4/video.html.
Also, Dimash can go much higher. Please react to Unforgettable Day Gakku. He wrote this song when he was 19. He hits an incredible D8.

What speaks to me with Dimash is his tonal quality, it's purenes of every note he sings. It's total clarity and the life and soul that comes out hits directly to your soul and heart. He is flawless. If you notice the audiences when he performs, they hang on every note that he sings. The audiences are dead silent during his performances for the most part, because you don't want to miss a note.

I prefer reactors focus on everything he does.. Every little nuances and gentleness when he sangs.. Not focusing only on wow factor because he might not give you one, why? Because he can to not do it and also because what he does, he focus and do his best to serve the song. He gives the song most importance.. He not always go for high which actually alot of his songs, he didnt show his high, because they dont need it.. It just that people always recommended the songs that impressed people the most. Try listen react to these songs.. 😉

When he did Ti amo cosi with Lara he was in the baritone and tenor range the whole way. That performance sounded... enjoyable, perfect, comfortable... normal... if I can say that! Dynamic trio is Dimash, Lara Fabian and Igor Krutoy, I think we are gonna see a lot of those 3 in the future ;) I sure hope so. About what there is to say, I think the most interesting thing I found with dimash is to chase his mentors... influences. Some MJ, for sure Lara Fabian for storytelling, lots of world music, the sound of the mountain peoples, opera, of course. Dimash can do anything, so it's interesting to look at what he CHOOSE to do... what signers he chooses to emulate and how he does it. I think those are more interesting conversation than just freaking out at how good he is. For one thing, he's out to destroy the classification of music we use, he doesn’t care about the confusion of the music store employee trying to decide when the disk should go or the label marketing team !

    To answer your question.
His range is incredible, mesmerizing and mindblowing but its not what i am looking for. I dont expect him to go rlly deep or rlly high in every song. I love the detail in his voice and the emotion. When he sings he becomes the song. U can see it on his body, his eyes and hear it in every little style choice he makes through out the song. He is an intelligent and creative singer with a lot of heart. And i love his natural charisma and acting skills on stage. Its rlly refreshing and remarkable. Bc as long as i live i will probable never ever hear anyone that comes even close to him. He touches emotions in me i didnt know a singer could reach. I am glad i can listen to him everyday.

You can hear more of his lower register in "Love is like a dream": czcams.com/video/xLEQzfqO_l0/video.html
And I think the most vocal acrobatics I've heard from him so far was in "Sinful Passion": czcams.com/video/W9FlDMCo8LU/video.html

  • @merlin7260
    @merlin7260 Před 3 lety +9

I am more interested in his artistry and the beauty of his voice. I realise so many are more impressed with how high He can sing (which is impressive) but for me his lower register is what I love most, and how skillful and passionate he is!
As for "showboating," in these contests, the judges expect every performance to be "over-the-top"; they expect every song to showcase all that you've got, as of it's your only song. It is exhausting and stressful for all contestants. I speak only from my limited experience participating in small local and state karaoke contests, and that is what I experienced on a very small scale; I can only imagine the pressure in a large-scale, nationwide professional, live competition such as this one!

Speaking about Mercury, you have to listen to Dimash & Super vocal boys: Queen Medley ( You can only find it on Vimeo)
Dimash has also very tender songs: you can react to "Marigold", an Ukranian folk song for mothers that Dimash learned in 2 days an sang at the Kiev Arnau concert!
You can also react to " If I never Breathe again from his NY Concert" or " Give me love" from his NY Concert

The thing about getting old is that you can watch things again that you watched two weeks ago because you can’t remember it. I really love your reaction and your appreciation for Dimash. I am a fairly new “dear” and spend every spare moment listening to Dimash or trying to learn just why he is so awesome and spellbinding, by watching reactions particularly from vocal coaches or other professionals. The more I learn about the techniques and abilities he uses so flawlessly the more I am in awe of him. I do think you need to research a bit about Dimash himself and you would see there is absolutely nothing showy or cocky about Dimash. He had not received very good marks for the performance of Uptown Funk (I think he lost his mind temporarily when he chose that song but I don’t know what the criteria was) so he needed to get his score up or he would have been out of the show. He knew that staying in that show would get him known properly outside Kazakhstan. And the other contestants were all well known established professional and excellent in their own right. He had 11 songs to show his whole arsenal of talent. As we are all discovering, he is capable of doing so many very different things, he would probably need 20 performances to showcase them all.
