GCN have inadvertently given us a fantastic tip. If you as a rider are struggling to get aero, simply strap a pizza to your back. If you refrain from an aero position the savoury goodness will just fall out, therefore teaching yourself to stay low with a flat back.
So you're saying eating a juicy, bacon-wrapped filet mignon, cooked to a perfect medium-rare, along with a side of a fully-loaded baked potato with butter, sour cream, and chives, and some broccoli is alright to eat while riding?

"Potted snacks and noodles - practical issues such as the lack of boiling water or a kettle on the road limit the use of rehydrated potted snacks" - this remark and the way the wig said it without laughing nearly made me choke on my chocolate fingers, hahaha
it is a KASK but I don't know which one even though I have one, the flap is to let air flow through on hot days but allow you to close it on cold days keeping your head warmer. this helmet does not have vents on top and is good in winter, very good on descents. but not not really good on very hot days. not as bad as a full aero helmet temperature wise.

That breakfast bowl mounted between the garmin and the bars is a great idea, get the essential feed in when running late for a club ride.
