Lyrics:
Vikings blood brothers
Fighting in the name of Oden
This song celebrates your glory
Vikings masters of blood
Feared by all their enemies
This is your anthem
Looming from the mist
Drakkars messengers of death
Thousand of spears
impaling the innocents
Raining blood
On the battlefield
Looming from the mist
Drakkars messengers of death
Vikings blood brothers
Fighting in the name of Oden
This song celebrates your glory
Vikings masters of blood
Feared by all their enemies
This is your anthem

Saludos desde colombia vikingsss...............
I love this song
Very nice music. I am Norwegian, and all i can say, is: HAIL to Folkearth!
This is perfect. This is pure.
The land bridge brought my Indian ancestors here when they migrated from Asia back when all this land used to be connected. then after that, Vikings "found it" then later Columbus "found it" and took all the glory for himself.
Exactly! The Norse got around. For people to think just Swedes and Norwegian's were just Norse would be close minded. But that will always be the heartland of Asatru.
Im Brazilian, and yes, this is my anthem HAIL BROTHERS!!!
great folk song, thanks for upload!

my mother told me men, must and would me a good fast ship and finest oars, to fight with viking men, to stand in the prowl, to steer the vassel well, to hold for harbour, and hack down man after man. that is the viking mother's promise.

All folkearth fans and listeners should really listen to our new album (here is the title track of "Valhalla Ascendant" !
I wish This was on spotify :(
awe-some
Well I live in the United States of America and this is my Anthem
Yup, in order it was Native Americans migrating cross the land bridge, then Vikings...then long after that, Columbus from Spain....Somehow I think the trek from Scandinavia would be much harder to "find" north America then from Spain...I think we should be celebrating Indians and Vikings for there contributions to history not some Italian born Spaniard who simply followed Vikings. I'm Apache and Scandinavian myself so the holiday is a bit of a slap in the face if you ask me.
good deal
@Effekt47
Agreed!
May Thor and the Old Gods of the North bless this song.
And I'm sorry, but long live the Vikings!!!!!!
Your neighbours must love you!
where can I get a print/image of that cd cover? I MUST HAVE IT
This is how the Dwarves from the Hobbit actually sang the Misty Mountains.
belle musique
Sheild wallll!
Tell me more about how the trail of tears was part of founding North America and how Columbus had a part in orchestrating it.
You can say that about every single inhabited place there is.
@thgirwjt I know Megadeth pretty well. Was just concerned if I missed something in their work. Who knows maybe they did something folkish :P I grew up on thrash, I'm searching for something more melodic.
Denmark was the first country to become one country ( in scandinavia), instead of a lot of small tribes, due to this, denmark entered the viking age first, and left it first, also, the danish vikings are usually also considerd the owners of norway, and, very dominant, over sweden, throughout the entire viking age, they also took a lot of england, im not saying, that denmark is the only true viking country, but they were the strongest at the time, and are the original vikings.
im from Iceland
technicaly, the native peoples didn't originate in north America, so they FOUND north America, not the Vikings, the Vikings were simply the first to visit in a long time
the ebgin remembers me a bit age of empire
the intro sounds like Age Of Empires II
Gelo
@FrostmoorX amon amarth may be worth looking into for you
and he was Icelandic, name Eiríkur Rauði!!
yes now !!! and the vikings brought the natives here tooo right ??? ilmfao
@FrostmoorX
Look up for Rebellion.
Try Rebellion - God of Thunder
@thgirwjt Are we speaking about folk metal? :)
I have Norman descent. That counts right?
The Danes are the true Vikings...
Germans had some Viking blood, i am sure of it. Most of Asatru came from Germanic Paganism.
Vïkïng Hün Mögöl
acutally viking are scandianvian but they are as norse as the all in the germanic tribes from norway almost all the way to russia .. well in the olden days :) today borders are much more set :)
"it might be possible" bwaha
I'd like to be Swedish! :(
How did this break into a religious debate? Just enjoy the music, seriously...
Gg
nom itb wash the irishhhhhrishrishhh wooh baby xxx
Some Ásatrú here?
Did the vikings have fiddles?
The VIKINGS found North America. Not Columbus.
I don't know, I love the music and hate the vocals. It's like there is no band which vocalist would just normally sing like an ancient god not a grumpy death metal survivalist.
NO the Native Americans discovered America ,Thats like saying Marco Paulo discovered China .
Except for Africa.
Which is why I do NOT celebrate Columbus day.
huh?? wat the fuck?
Mucho speed metal...no tiene nada que ver con el Riffo antiguo joden todo lo hecho .
VİKİNGS AND TURKS THEY ARE STRONG
