I caught Joe Cocker and Tina Turner in concert back in the 2000s. My hair on my neck was on edge. I had goosebumps. I teared up several times. These two magnificent artists on one bill. It was exhilarating, joyful and POWERFUL AS FUCK. I was privileged to be showered by their immense talent and their magnanimous humility and their glorious humanity. May they rest in eternal peace, and may their voices live forever.
I never had the honor of seeing Joe Cocker in concert. As long as I can remember, I would say that may perfect man would have the looks of Richard Gere and the voice of Joe Cocker. There isn't anyone who comes close to Joe Cocker. He is deeply missed.
