- James Laughlin's Pipe Band Drumming Inner Circle members were invited to prepare videos for a group mashup of Duthart's Salute To Max Rayne fanfare. This is my preparation video, and it comes to you all the way from the Isle of Maui.
The pipe band here on Maui is rebuilding its drum corp. Please join us, or visit us at www.isleofmauipipeband.org
(By the way, James asked us to play this fanfare at particular tempos, and he also changed some of the movements. He provided the score, as shown.) - Hudba
as a piper who can "tickatickaduzz" this whole thing it's nice seeing the score to appreciate it...
Thanks to all for your kind comments. I haven't been to visit this video in quite some time, so I didn't see them. As to getting the sheet music, I don't know where I picked it up from. Someone gave it to me, but don't remember who. There are lots of versions/scores/transcriptions out there on the Internet. If I find one I'll try to remember to come back and post. Thanks again.
Wow, Rob! This is great!!
Well done. You should check out the late Great Alec Duthart playing this very salute.
Marvellous, time and effort well spent. A joy to watch.
Brilliant!!!!
Thank you for posting this!! Great playing and thank you for putting the score up as well.
Cheers!!
You are most welcome. Thanks for your kind words.
I am one of two snare drummers in a small community pipe band in northern Idaho and we are currently trying to tackle this. It would be amazing if you posted a video for bass and tenor as well. Again, I thank you. Best regards..
@@typhonsdrummer Wish I could help you out, but unfortunately we're in same kind of situation over here on Maui. No videos here. If I see something I'll let you know.
Großartig!
Well done ✔️
Amazing !! Where can I have this sheet music?
Sounds like a bunch of chewing mice.
Coming from a rat
No, a wolverine. @@ultrablue7477
