I did my own cooling in my rack. Installed a big dual fan to vent all the heat out of the back and a couple of smaller single fans to keep the air flowing. Works perfectly and cost less than $50
Do you or does someone else have a video about making those enclosures for the in-wall-turned-on-wall speakers?
yes, I actually do have old footage that I filmed and never made into a video. I was planning on making that my next video so stay tuned. It should be up within the next 5 to 6 days.

Absolutely! DIY is the way to go. Building it yourself makes it more satisfying! For me, especially the speakers are best DIY because you can customize them and voice them however you like. Of course this is not for everyone because it does require some knowledge and experience, not to mention measurement equipment etc but if you do have the resources and are willing to put in the time and effort, it's well worth it.

If I was the landlord, I would be pissed at him for making holes in my walls and then take this fools deposit.
What do landlords do to tenants that hang a bunch of pictures with nails and/or screws? Some tenants also mount TVs, which puncture the wall way worse than pictures or mounted speakers. I can't imagine a landlord taking a tenant's entire deposit for what some spackle and perhaps a bit of leftover wall paint can fix... unless a tenant took out big chunk(s) of wall for some reason / because of poor decision(s).
