When I was in middle school, there was a small group of us kids who would sit around and prank call random numbers.
One friend in the group would ask people, "Do you like Star Wars?" in a kid's voice with a slight lisp. :)

A Jim Florentine approach would be good here. He harasses telemarketers by stringing them along with ridiculousness scenarios. He gives them just enough to keep them on-call but completely wastes their time. They'll end the call thinking they were witness to crimes, etc... insert Star Wars.
