Ich hatte damals fast durchgehend Gänsehaut und konnte auch jetzt die Tränen nicht zurückhalten. Einfach nur ein wahnsinnig emotionales und geniales Stück 😭😍

Ich hab öfter die Ehre in Stuttgart gehabt im Chor dort mitzusingen als Amateur (im Chorgestühl waren wir normale Chorsänger aus der Gegend ohne Gage)...am Schluss hatte ich immer Probleme zu singen weil die Tränen auch bei mir kamen und dabei habe ich die Darsteller immer nur von hinten gesehen. ..Disney weiß ganz genau wie sie die Musik und Darsteller wählen um die Tränen des Publikums zu holen... und die hier gezeigte Besetzung war meine Lieblingsbesetzung
Verdammt! Ich hab das Stück schon live gesehen aber bekomme immer noch ne HAMMER Gänsehaut. Ich danke euch immer noch für dieses Stück. Bitte kommt nach Wien und ich werde es mir nochmal ansehen und mich daran erfreuen wie ich es zum ersten Mal sah. 😍😍😍

diese abschlußrede war noch um ein vielfaches besser als ich da war, ich werde diese aufführung mit sicherheit nie vergessen. konnte wegen meines Begleiters meine wahre begeisterung nicht zeigen. ABER ICH KOMME WIEDER

The one was of a woman with a braided band around her neck an the other of a man with a crooked spine. As they tryed to separate one skeleton from the other their bones decayed to dust.

The Disney film was originally staged as a musical in 1999 in Berlin. It ran for four years, ending in 2002. Most of the new songs (not in the film) were added then. The musical lay dormant until 2014 when a new English version played in the US. It used basically all of the previous songs, with a few new additions like Rhythm of the Tambourine, The Tavern Song, and Flight into Egypt, and also resurrected a deleted song from the 1996 Disney film called In A Place of Miracles. (See the link below). They also (thankfully) deleted A Guy Like You, which made the tone to fluffy and light.
