in case no one knows what target blocks are used for: what they do is they can be used to turn redstone which is useful for very compact redstone projects.

u should do in season 3 a ancient aztec style city in a cave (because of the cave update) and have like leaves and stuff hanging everywhere so you can start more work on interior design and foliage. also you can easily fit redstone in a place you don't see from the outside. On the top you should make like a giant aztec temple to symbolize where your base is and put your storage system in the aztec temple and all of you farms and villagers in the underground base.

I actually would love to see more smp's like this. I loved echo craft, but minecraft is minecraft and a funny gimmic that changes the gameplay style so slightly would be awesome to see more of... just a thought of my own

Earned a sub. Also if u end up doing the anvil trap or any similar trap, I would suggest using soul sand to slow the players down (u can put ice under it also but that isn’t necessary all the time). My idea only works when the target doesn’t have soul speed tho.
most of the time players will not have soul speed on their boots cuz soul speed eat too much durability when walking on soul sand/soil.
putting soul sand should work.

I don't know what kind of plans so here are a couple
Base plan: An underwater dome, when you have enough resources you can use a conduit and a water elevator to get down to it and live in the ocean
Server catch: You start in the Nether, crimson/warped wood for wooden tools, Blackstone for stone tools, find bastions for better loot like gold and iron. Create a nether portal using obsidian from piglin trades and eventually collect diamond and play like a normal world.
or get a nether portal using a ruined portal

I have an idea for a new series: The concept is that it serves as a collaborative server for the most part, with PVP off. The catch is that every five days, PVP is turned on and the war night begins. The time is forced to midnight for the war night, and every kill you get gives you an extra heart for the next war night. The extra hearts only last through the next war night before being removed. Finally, there is one more idea to make these nights more important. The loser of the war night, as in the person with the least kills or the person who is killed the most gets a penalty. Once a player gets five penalties, they are banned from the server.
If Rek likes the idea, I could definetly code a datapack for it.

if you put an anvil in a bubble column it thinks the anvil has been falling forever ( the longer they fall the more deadly they are) and then you turn off the bubble column and then like 2 anvils can kill them
1 anvil to break the helmet, 1 to kill them

I dig a relatively large 2-3 block hole, fill it with the villager beds, and wait until nighttime, works like a charm!

For next season I still want to see you explain stories or minecraft mechanics with wool, that was really creative - but make it a dedicated area instead of in a random biome, Like a wool underground cave, themed like a playground!
I don't have many ideas for a new base but I'd suggest to make a more structured base than an organic base.
