@@michelledevey2862 June 2019 wolverhampton for me, I got a rly east route though, I thought they was gonna take me on the black county route but I mainly got small roads I was already familiar with
Ahhh... something that really tickles me is how when UK learner drivers are stopping on an incline or "need" to use the handbrake, they are told to engage to biting point way before moving off; not only are the learners gonna tire their clutch leg, but it's also gonna put extra wear into the friction surface of the clutch, which will wear out the clutch quicker, leading to an expensive repair a lot sooner. I hope that Pin will encourage Brandon to reduce handbrake starts and engaging the biting point later (especially with handbrake starts); this would be a lot more beneficial in terms of the longevity of the clutch and make waiting in traffic a bit more pleasant with the left foot off the clutch and in neutral. Yes, it does take some forward planning to anticipate traffic lights and so, but with good practice and foresight, it'll be much better overall. P.S. Still waiting for an opportunity to visit England just to get Pin a mock test pass!
@@kombe971 Yeah I know that he can come off the clutch when the car is secured (neutral and handbrake/footbrake), but he's not doing that right now; what I'm saying is that in the future when Brandon gets more confident with the clutch and gets it spot on and also the gears, then Pin should encourage Brandon to have the car in neutral and rest his leg whenever he can. I'm a fully licensed driver and I've been watching Pin's channel for a while now. I know exactly what I'm talking about, as I use every bit of the info from the previous comment in my own driving.
I have driving lesson this evening :) done traffic lights:) in auto and went 2 see where test centre is , jusy keep at it :), i go take me time :), not fan of roundabouts

@@brandonkaila7435 We looked through the book and showed me a roundabout sign and goes ‘what are we not gonna call this’ and I said spinny circle and he laughed 😂
why do you need to be in 2nd for roundabouts, I come at plenty of situations where 3rd is fine and going into 2nd also encourages you to slow down a lot like Brandon was doing, I always thought lessons were too strict with braking on roundabouts as they always make you break too much even when its very clear and you can see everything and then you end up missing the opportunity cause you braked too much on approach
Personally think the learners have to much fun convo while learning instead of taking in powerful information as you can see pin trying to tell directions he cuts him up with over talking..myself I stay quiet n take in all the information my driver is telling me👌🏼

Not if he was braking at the same time
