    Those incline rows are superb for gettng more back work in without wearing your low back out. Two things I love about back work with bands is that you get a way better squeeze of the back at the end of the concentric while putting the back in a pre stretched state along with not knowing how much weight your using. With bands the ego is removed because you havnt a clue how much weight your using.

      Well you'll still know which band has greater resistance.

    I like all variations of those incline bench rows. The one arm variation gets rid of one of the down sides, being that at high inclines, it becomes more challenging to grab the weights off the ground with both hands.

    That's a coincidence tonight I was doing Lat Pulldown and was concentrating on the eccentric. 3:32 I've noticed that just in the last couple weeks of training on a Military Press.
