Jimin doesn't care of toxic masculinity there's even a video of it and a lot of male jimin fans said that "he has masculine body but there is something about him that is captivating maybe because he has some sort of feminine feature/androgynous features and the way he moves is so elegant"

This is not the original choreo for Black Swan. The choreo is in the MV and live performance on the James Corden's show. Also you MUST watch Jimin's Black Swan solo at their MOTS: ONE concert. Its just Jimin dancing with the Black Swan orchestral version and barefooted. This black swan performance is simply a work of art! I love real dancers reactions to BTS performances because it goes to show the level of artistry and excellence their work is. It’s inspiring even to professional dancers. It’s not just us fangirling. I loved all BTS songs before like Fire, DNA, Idols but it’s the moment of their barefoot black swan performance on James Corden that turned me into a real ARMY. There’s no turning back after that. orchestral black swan has magical inspirational powers lol i also felt moved to dance and create when the dance film came out and now again feel the same way you do now after seeing this. I hope they release those versions officially soon on Spotify. They are so so so so special to me! Also yes this was definitely multiple takes, the quick change was done via edit! Thank you for sharing your perspective and the link with Matthew Bourne's Swan Lake. I hadn't heard about it, so I'll have to check it out. This performance was recorded over multiple takes. You can see it even in the "stage cam" version with less fancy camera work. I see others have mentioned it too, but Jimin says he keeps himself around 130lbs to achieve the feel he wants in dance (I highly recommend reading Jimin's interview on weverse that came out for the BE album release. I think the members basically got to decide what they wanted to talk about in their respective articles since their company owns the platform lol.)
Have you not seen Black Swan the MV? It is a must. it is filmed in Los Angeles Theatre, and the setting is gorgeous, plus Jimin has dramatic solo segments that you will appreciate. There is also seen the MOTS:7 concert version of Black Swan, where Jimin has an “improv” extension segment. Do go view these. And to see them ALL dancing “contemporary” fused hiphop, view the Late Late Show with James Corden version, which was the premiere stage for BS. They are barefoot and breathtaking,
That was the opening or ending intro of Black Swan, they don’t do the full choreography or sing the song which opens up to their N.O/ON performance then Life Goes On afterwards Dynamite as the last song!
you need to watch the mv and jimin's solo in their mots on:e online concert. you will be blown away. even the bangtan bomb of the making of black swan has jimin improvising his solo moves for the mv were so impressive. i'd also recommend bts 2019 mma performance. they did solo dances before they did a group performance of dionysus with a dance break. it's crazy. also, let's not forget that jimin has a background in popping, breakdancing and hip hop as well! he's well-versed. bts pulled off contemporary without any background training in it besides jimin. very impressive. jungkook is so damn strong.
I love watching these kind of perspectives from actual musicians and dancers because it gives me a much greater appreciation and understanding for these performances 💜 Also I dont know if you saw the online MOTS ON:E concert but if not I would highly suggest reacting (or just watching) Jimin's solo Black Swan performance and the black swan MV. It's beautiful and Jimin gets to show off his contemporary background more!
Thanks for reacting to this, orchestral black swan & original black swan choreo r my favourites and this one elevates to a whole new level. And Thks for intro to Mathew Bourne, I will Google it - pls react to black swan mv & original choreo on late late show w James Corden. Btw - love your dance technical explanations 💜💜💜
Loved your review! So happy to hear about the Mathew Bourne Swan Lake and the Male with male partnering and how you stated it doesn't have to be romantic or anyone taking the female role. I was so proud of JK and Jimin doing this dance knowing full well there will be haters but they did it anyway and it's such a big statement. Also there is a Stage Cam version of this performance on Bangtantv that is the performance without edits and the quick change is real !!! I still can't figure out how they do it! The others had time to change but Hobi and V were literally just on stage in white so I'm bind blown hahah. Also I love it when ppl pause the video during reviews like "I need to take a sec to breathe!!" That was me watching it too.
Great reaction. I call the body of work the "Black Swan" experience, it includes the must see Art Film, the James Corden Live, the Dance Practice, and the MV. All that and more, Jimin ' s solo, behind the scene. BTW "Black Swan" is a term used to describe a very specific event. First the event must come as a surprise or shock, a negative one. Second it must have negative life altering effect and Thirdly when looking back on the event a person might think that it should have been predicted. Stay well
You can see a better shooting angle of this performance on Bangtan TV (Big Hit's label) youtube channel. You can see where JK comes up behind Jimnin and where V and JHope also enter into the performance as well.
have you seen their mma stage from 2019? they each had a solo stage jk danced in water and jimin had a contemporary (i think at least that it was contemporary.. but then again I know nothing about dance so I could be wrong) stage and also insane dance break with the whole team

Thanks for your great video reaction and informed explanation. BigHit recently debuted a new boy group “Enhypen”, from a survival show called “iLand”. Please check out their mv called “Given - Taken” Choreography Version. Their synchronicity is absolutely stunning - such a strong debut. Thanks.
Jungkook made it look easy but the strength it took for those lifts must have been difficult since he did it without much momentum/jump from jimin. He lifts jimin up vertically (again a grown man) then into the spin in water. And take into account that JK has no training in contemporary/ballet dance. They were truly great! You should watch MMA 2019, where Jungkook did a dance in shallow pool of water 🔥
You should react to Jimin's Black Swan dance from the BTS Map Of The Soul ON:E Concert... I have a feeling you'd like it czcams.com/video/oTSBEI3VUtw/video.html
I loved the way u talked but disagree in one part. BTS have been recently openly supporting lgbtq on their TIMES interview, so i think this is a way to show their support by making a heterosexual dance to homosexual dance,,, also homosexuality doesn’t mean u need to be famine,,, they wanted to tell the swan lake story.

They are barefoot and breathtaking,
We can not compare this intro performance to the official MV of Black Swan. You have to watch the official MV to understand what I mean
That was the opening or ending intro of Black Swan, they don’t do the full choreography or sing the song which opens up to their N.O/ON performance then Life Goes On afterwards Dynamite as the last song!
On their channel, there's version of no cgi. I loved it.
you need to watch the mv and jimin's solo in their mots on:e online concert. you will be blown away. even the bangtan bomb of the making of black swan has jimin improvising his solo moves for the mv were so impressive. i'd also recommend bts 2019 mma performance. they did solo dances before they did a group performance of dionysus with a dance break. it's crazy. also, let's not forget that jimin has a background in popping, breakdancing and hip hop as well! he's well-versed. bts pulled off contemporary without any background training in it besides jimin. very impressive. jungkook is so damn strong.
We watched Matthew bournes swan lake and I cant remember which class. I went to art school so it could have been many different classes
I want her to explain Jimins quick change in Filter ✌️
Matthew Bourne's work was my first thought when I saw this performance.
Stay well
정국danced in a shallow pool of water before at an mma performance. 2018 i think..
You can see a better shooting angle of this performance on Bangtan TV (Big Hit's label) youtube channel. You can see where JK comes up behind Jimnin and where V and JHope also enter into the performance as well.
have you seen their mma stage from 2019?
they each had a solo stage
jk danced in water and jimin had a contemporary (i think at least that it was contemporary.. but then again I know nothing about dance so I could be wrong) stage
and also insane dance break with the whole team
Have you seen the latest Dance Performance Video from The8?!
you must react to their Dynamite bit they did on MMA this year!!
6:07 its ok girl, continue.. Do your thing.. 😊👌Those ppl need to shut up.. I came here to see ur perspective on the performance, they shoulve just watched the performance if they dont want u speaking.. Lmao😂
Can you react to their whole mma awards and mama awards performance 🙏💜
Please, just share with us your inputs on their dance line or choreography..we love to learn new things...if we can learn bout rap (bars/flows/ettendre), would love to learn bout other type dance too..keep it up!! 👍🏾
We’re you able to react to their full MMA 2020 and MAMA2020 Performances? I’m really curious to see your reaction!
FYI the MMA was held Dec 2 to 5...not months ago
what is your opening song?!
“Katchup” by DALSoobin :)
this was BEYOND kpop.
You should check out the behind of the stage..... their movement is so fast..... Is not few multiple shot
because its prerecorded they can get away with some of the pop up changes.
ps can you explain Jimins quick change in Filter?
6:40 I assume you mean the figure skating death spiral. Interesting that you say it's an ice skating thing, I thought normal dance had something similar.
I think ballroom or latin dancing may have something similar, I’m not 100% sure though!
잘봤어요^^
무용지도 하시는분인가요?
선생님 느낌나네요.
Also, please check out Chung Ha’s performance video “Dream of You”. Thanks.
And people still think that BTS is getting “ softer”.. like??
Thanks for your great video reaction and informed explanation. BigHit recently debuted a new boy group “Enhypen”, from a
survival show called “iLand”. Please check out their mv called “Given - Taken” Choreography Version. Their synchronicity is absolutely stunning - such a strong debut. Thanks.
ස්තූතියි ❤️✌️
Please react to A.C.E song Undercover. It goes more in the rock direction. Or there newest song Favorite Boys.
Has anyone ever told you that you look like you'd be Emma Stone's sister? So pretty!
Why don’t you react to the whole thing
hi grace, can you dance cover by bts black swan solo jimin?
Some of the reactions for these performances - particularly MAMA - are giving people copyright strikes. Be careful.
Thank you! ❤️
I think it was best that Namjoon did the floor work here while Jin did the leap. Pretty sure Namjoon would have hit Jin's face if they switched.
DED 🤣🤣🤣
Jungkook made it look easy but the strength it took for those lifts must have been difficult since he did it without much momentum/jump from jimin. He lifts jimin up vertically (again a grown man) then into the spin in water. And take into account that JK has no training in contemporary/ballet dance. They were truly great! You should watch MMA 2019, where Jungkook did a dance in shallow pool of water 🔥
☝️☝️
Wanna know how they changed their clothes.. Black Ink lol..
This is just intro special video
jk♥
1등이다 ^^
I need auto translation😭😭😢
Would it help if I made english subtitles?
@@gracegrimms1627 yes yes!! great!! 😭 plzzzzz
I’ll try to get some done :)
@@gracegrimms1627 thank youuuuuuuu😭 I pray for your working
@@gracegrimms1627 and It says your video caption is unavailable. I hope you allow it.😢❤
Two men doing a lift...there no female in BTS. Simple!
