- I got a lot of requests for a short vid on my truck in the hit and run video. If there's anymore question please feel free to ask in the comments. As for modifications done to the vehicle. It has low profile reinforced steel bumpers front and rear. The shape is made with 3/16" steel and then has 1/2" on the back for the strength, so in short it's thicker than pretty much any after market bumper out there. The winch is a 10,000lbs warn winch and it's seen a lot of use in Texas esp during a snow storm we had in 2015. The truck made the news pulling people out of ditches and pushing or pulling up and down hills. The motor is the Chevy 6.0l LS motor with a few modifications. Stock 6.0l motors put out 350+ hp (at the flywheel) so I'm not sure what this one is putting out but I would guess atleast 375hp at the flywheel. Modifications on the motor are the Diablo Itune1000, volant cold air intake, Gibson headers running 3" full exhaust to a flowmaster muffler. After the chase in the hit and run I ended up warping my brakes so I upgraded to new cross drilled and slotted rotors with Baers eradi-speed setup so now she stops a lot faster which is really needed since the truck weighs over 8,000lbs with the roof rack, bumpers, winch and all the lights

The gas on my 07 Suburban is pretty good, it's a little pricey to put gas in it, but you really get what you pay for. It's got a 39 gallon tank that lasts for an excellent amount of miles.

It's a custom built bumper, nothing else out there like it. The factory bumpers and just plastic and bend easily

That thing is bitchin. Problem with the steel bumpers is they get destroyed by salt and look horrible when they rust. Sadly.
Michael G yeah that will be an issue one day but they’ll be stripped and line X’d to prevent it. The outside paint is the same BC/CC as the factory paint

Nick Jackson there's one hole behind the front light on the roof rack where all the wires go through and into the passenger compartment. The roof rack and bumpers are custom made, not store bought. Scot Rods Garage in Ft Worth Texas built the bumpers, roof rack and wired all the lights up. Contact them and tell them Matt (the guy with the suburban) sent you and he will give you a discount
Just Another Guy: Mine looks almost identical. 2007 suburban 1500 Z71 5.3L. I've never actually seen a 6.0 burbs. Pretty cool. Mine is leveled with XD series rims with the new ridge grapplers. Dee Zee brush guard. It's not doing it though. I need them bumpers. I give them a call though. Thanks!

meat1666 I don’t remember the exact dimensions of it since it’s custom but it’s 3” high, it’s exactly as wide as the factory roof rack frame rails and it goes exactly to the slopes end caps of the factory roof rack frame rails

theRealSilvan yes the damage mentioned was from the hit and run. I’m unsure on the process to join when you’re not a citizen but I do know it’s possible. I severed with men who gained their citizenship while in so there is a route.

Did you put them in yourself or have someone do it? I'm curious as to the legality of this too, did you just look up the laws in TX?
Nikolai the vehicle was an ex LEO vehicle of some sort and already had them installed. I just had them rewired to work the way I needed them too. The laws in Texas are easy to look up and since Truck is sometimes used for Escorts and bodyguard work in Texas is allowed too.
Oh man, I'm gonna have to look into prior LE vehicles. First things first, I'll probably have to move to a free state haha. Very slick though, nice job.

CNT Automobilia the old setup I’m unsure but since this video I’ve installed a LS376/480 from GM Performance. We put the FAST LSX High runner intake, 102mm Nick Williams throttle body, custom tune, electric fans, oil catch can. It’s got a lot of power compared to stock now but still with the extra weight it’s no race car. That’s why we also upgraded the brakes further and in stalled Wilwood 6 piston calipers and 16” rotors
What programmer/tuner do you have on this suburban
Simon Rivas in this video it had the diablo I1000 (I tuner). The truck has since gotten a complete motor swap for some serious power and wilwood brakes

Delusional G I don’t recall, they’ve done a lot of work for me from a new 6.2L 500hp motor, Wilwood brake upgrades, winch, roof rack and light bars etc. I know they cut me a deal since I was getting a lot of work done with them and also it was several years ago I don’t know. I do remember they weren’t cheap at all because they were custom and lots of hours went into building them.

Hector Hernandez no lift, that’s factory height for the 2500 suburbans. I did swap to cognito control arms and replaced the rear leaf springs with new ones but they’re still factory.
