2. इस सरकार ने NJAC जैसा कानून लाकर न्यायधीशों की नियुक्ति की प्रक्रिया पर भी कब्जा करने का प्रयास किया था | लेकिन सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने इस कानून को सख्ती से रद्द कर दिया, क्योंकि हमारे संविधान ने सर्वोच्च न्यायालय को यह शक्ति दी है | परन्तु यदि हम इस सरकार को सिर पर चढ़ा कर रखेंगे तो ये एक दिन न्यायधीशों की नियुक्ति की प्रक्रिया पर भी कब्जा करने में सफल हो जाएंगे | तब सरकार कोई भी EVM ला देगी, किसी को भी न्यायधीश बना देगी, कोई रोक नहीं पाएगा |
भले ही आप को इस सरकार के काम अच्छे लगते हों और आप इन्हें अपने सिर पर बैठाना चाहें | पर अगर ये अपने इरादे में सफल हो गए तो कल आप इन्हे चुन तो पाएंगे, पर हटा नहीं पाएंगे | और तो और, आप की आने वाली पीढ़ी भी इन्हे नहीं हटा पाएगी, जैसा कि चीन जैसे देशों में होता है | आप कैसे मुँह दिखाएंगे अपने बच्चों को ?

Lol my boarding school adopted this way back in 2012-13, nothing new, this was installed above the room along with grass and solar panels, which kept room cool at all times and no geyser was required, also you could get hot water without waiting. It saved a lot of electricity and was adopted from abroad

This can't replace air conditioners bcz air conditioner working is not only circulate the cold air but it also control the humidity level which is also play a crucial role in human comfort.
This Desi jugad can only give you cold air and it can't control the humidity but instead it would increase the humidity in air. It also requires very big space so it can be a working artpiece but not a air conditioning replacement.

This technique is not new; it has been used in old, traditional buildings. People placed earthen pots filled with water in corridors and near windows to cool the interiors.
Very good points mentioned by Ritesh in his feedback. He takes genuine interest to understand what the business is and how it will work out in future. Other shark seems monotonous.
Observing Aman's reactions in ech and every episode..he looks so unfocused, doesn't have queries for the pitches and also he has kind of lost interest in shark tank pitches..!!

This was a environment friendly solution that will not generate the profit, because it fill solve the problem. But agar ye pitch kisi AC ka hota to bilkul invest karte because AC cool krta h lekin global warming ko badhada h which increses the sell of the AC.
This is environmental friendly hence they cannot charge more , hence sharks don't find future profits here, hence they opted out....they are here for profitable business only ....not for social service ...but the idea was super cool and keep going ....bro

Change comes from large scale consumer friendly commercialisation. That's why it's needed to build it as a business. Sharks gave good suggestions and hope this guy can work on scaling it. One thing reducced the bills but at same time the no of AC units are not there even savings are not just that electricty bill also the servicing also the repairs and moreover the Cost og atleast 7 to 10 ton AC units
That's means apart from installing tiles marbles in the house for cooling it's a good choice ........
