" A New Song for Zanskar" New Ladakh/Zanskar Movie

When a young singer is robbed of the money he was saving to make a music video he returns to Zanskar in search of the thief. On returning to his home village he meets two young women with a camera making a video about climate change and sees an opportunity to achieve his dream. But not everything goes to plan. Combining pop music, drama, real life interviews and comedy "A New Song For Zanskar " is performed by young Zanskaris telling this story of modern life in their own words.
The Climate Emergency is real.
The Himalayan Glaciers are melting.
This will affect the entire Planet.
The people of Himalaya are experiencing Water shortage,
landslides and flash flooding .
We cannot Ignore the facts.
