  • There were so many bent spotting fingers! I've never seen this before! One or two, sure. But this was 8 or 9. It took me a while to realize what was going on here.

    probably has a defective upper cable. i guess the manufac was making them like 3/4 to long so many people tied a knot in them to get their moneys worth out of it and to get some adjustment out of the length as long as it doesnt ride a pulley at 290 or 0 it works alright. it will fail some day but all those new cables will anyways.

    Are these parts interchangeable with the original "A" units?

      Spotting fingers are interchangeable between A and A2. They aren't vintage specific. The same goes for the moving deck cam follower assembly.
