go back to ascension 1 and do this although I cant say for sure cuz I haven't tried that method yet but it should get way easier than it already is assuming u play on ascension 7 which is the bare minimum to get the highest cells

i can confidently say the way you beat the boss is by not letting izumik eat the jellyfishes, I was able to beat it by just plugging the enemy spawn with defenders and having a ranged dps to kill whoever the jellyfish turn into, not letting them get near izumik, it's slow, but izumik doesn't oneshot my operators that way
