I know he's good, but that's a huge call.
Don't even think he'll be the best in arsenal, with rice & Ode... But the trio is Good.
To get this highlights in just 3 or 2 starts the whole season shows how incredible Thomas is

It's almost impossible to get a guy that athletic that strong with such deft touch and incredible passing accuracy. You think of other DMs with similar built like Everton onana they can't pass the ball to save their lives 🤦
He is a the best number 6 on the ball by a mile
nobody else can use their frame to protect the ball as well, yet perform seemingly effortless turns. that key pass he made to tomi/havertz, within minutes of coming on, over the top of city's defensive midfield highlighted how we wouldn't have won without him.
He understands his role as a defensive midfielder and he is good. They have to manage him well to get the best out of him
Arsenal should keep Partey and only play him in against high press opponent and big team. Jorginho can handle low block team.
jorginho can't hold the ball under high pressure, he gonna blunder everytime the pressure is strong by opponent
He is always in the Treatment room. However Thomas Partey is a very talented player.

Let Partey cook for a whole season with Rice. Thats a dangerous midfield that even Caicedo, Fernandez couldnt deal with with.

The biggest benefit of having him? Give calamity for the back four, let them make less mistakes. Most our goals came from mistakes by ourselves, something huge that Arteta has to solve this summer!

Yeah, we can. Also, we have to. Partey in his prime is very different to the injury ridden Partey we have now.
arteta broke him by playing him when he was injured...which led to partey having chronic injury for the first time in his career. then, arteta fixed him by bringing him back into the team very slowly after he'd regained full fitness. arsenal are certainly better when he's in the side. seems arteta's becoming very patient with players and their injuries; namely partey, timber, and tomi. perhaps he's remembering how he felt at the end of his playing days. wenger, notoriously played guys when they were injured.
As good as Rice is, he has never played as a lone CDM/6 in a progressive team that keeps possession and plays on the front foot. Not only do you need to have the physicality and defensive attributes to win the ball and stop counter attacks. On the ball, you need to be able to escape opposition pressure and progress the ball through the opponents defensive lines efficiently. Rice is better suited to playing as a box-to-box number 8 who plays along side CDM like a ''Partey'' or ''Rodri''.
Needs relacing this summer. To injury prone. Plus he looks leggy and has odd mistakes in him.
the goal post is still shaking from his strike against spurs all this years back! Shame it didn't go in. What a strike it was.

I’m an arsenal fan and I do think partey is slightly overrated although defensively you couldn’t ask much more of him on the ball he can look shaky and cost us at the end of last season could be because he was carrying an injury but that’s no excuse you can’t rate someone that hardly plays and that’s why rice is clear of him he ain’t a liability and is always putting in at least 7/10 performances with mostly 8 and 9/10 partey had tge occasional 4/10 I still rate him but he’s definitely replaceable I mean he’s already been replaced anyway

Personally I’m over Partey and we have gotten to where we are this term without him. I want to see us get Zubimendi, tough deal but not impossible! Partey is very much replaceable!
