- This is a pigeon feeder for the pigeons, the sizes can be changed a any length, this one is about 2 3/8"between dowels and 30" long the dowels are exactly 6" long and about 1/4" into the wood so total hight is about 8" about 6" wide

How did you drill the holes in the 1x2 wood? Did you just drill with a power drill or drill press table?
dowels are 6in long 1/4 in the wood, 30 in long board is 3/4 thick.

I would like to build four of of these feeders as I have 84 racing birds in one loft and I would like to have two of them in the racing section of the loft and one each in the stock bird section and breeding section. I want to build them so that 40 birds could eat out of one feeder. How long would I have to make my feeder to do that? Would you be so kind as to email me the instructions to build these feeders. I'm in the process of building feeders for my loft. Can you tell me how deep the feed area is? It looks like you have used a 1x2 for top and bottom of the sides. How does that work keeping the poop out of the feed area? If you wouldn't mind dropping me a note with some dimensions that would be great.

Can u pls tell me what size should a loft be when raising homing pigeons.8x12 or 8x16.
Im starting fromscrach. I have a couple who has raised 3 youngs so far. I cant band them since no one near me can get some. All i need i guess are numbered bands and i can have a pad and write down who is each number matching the band. From 1 to 100?
