I am so glad someone else recognizes that. She never ever ever misses a consonant at the end of a word. It's amazing. Her vocal training, whether formal or just learned, was very obvious. She schooled everyone on how it should be done and that the intersection of classic vocal technique with pop/r&b was possible. The greatest voice of all time.
She always ezcetued her E's constanent or vowel she ate em all. You could always understand her clearly n strong.
Whitney's voice is a human treasure

This whole concert is amazing! I also love how intimate it feels. You can tell she really wants to give it her all for the service men and women. She even donated her salary for this concert to charities helping soldiers and their families just like she did with her proceeds from The National Anthem.

@@TreMcLeod_ Let me tell you, Whitney is the greatest vocalist of all time. In her prime, her voice had no weaknesses-NONE. She fully supported her entire range. There’s so many different performances of this song that are totally epic, and as a true Whitney fan we know she never sang a song the same way twice. I must let you know that even though everyone wants to call Whitney a pop artist, she is first and foremost a gospel singer. You definitely need to react to some of her live performances like I Am Changing (there’s no video it’s audio San Francisco 1986). That performance will show you why she’s The Voice.

@@toriboy25 One of my favorite performances of this song is in Japan 1991 I think where she’s wearing a red dress. But the billboard music awards performance was epic as well. Also the performance on the Arsenio Hall show.

I also have to agree with you that she works very hard in live shows and even in the recording studio- even if she is not 100 percent health wise, you will never know, cause she will give it her all.
There has never been, and will never be another Whitney Elizabeth Houston folks.
I am not saying there are not, have not been and will not be great singers, but there has never been, and will not be another like her period. This vocalist has all the qualities and more thst a great artist should possess. She has tge total package!! It amazes me all the time, the things she can do with that instrument (voice) of hers!!

That performance was a masterpiece! She schooled the children on how it's done. That last time she sang, "he fills me up", she hollered and just wailed and the drums are banging behind her and the backup singers are building up...its just brilliant.

This is an amazing live performance from the "voice".
I would not go into all the vocal. Gynastics, but I really áppreciate your observations regarding her genius in playing around with the "i" and "e" vowels. No one can sing the "e" vowel the way she does, with the pitch, extension ,clarity and control she achieves. The same applies to the "i" vowel in the word "right"
I really love the observations you make in this reaction, such as her love of music and people, and how she connects with an audience, which is due in large measure to her magical emotive ability!
So many live performances that you still need to watch for including in this concert, the medley love songs.

I would like you to react to one of Whitney's pre-debut songs called "Eternal love".
I would like you to do this reaction, because you seem to get into the vocal details, which I appreciate.
In the song " eternal love", her impressive vocals really came through, and she inserted at times a jazzy element, as well as a soul flavour, really demonstrating her versatility and vocal prowess.
I personally think that song should have been on one of her early albums, as it has pedigree
People need to stop focusing on the way she died and put more emphasis on how great she was whenever it mattered her live performances of the Greatest Love Of All, her super bowl performance, her first 3 albums! And the Bodyguard soundtrack! She will always be that standard in which all recording companies try to replicate but never will.

People in popular music don't sing like this anymore, because they CAN'T sing like that. I would suggest reacting to Glennis Grace doing any cover of a Whitney song, there are many who attempt to cover a Whitney song and fall flat on their face, but Glennis is the one person on the planet who can do her songs justice. She's from the Netherlands. The first time I watched her cover Run To You, it brought on tears.
