Running a Brewery for The Past Year - My Personal Reflections

Today is Aug 9, 2024, and one year ago today - Aug 9, 2023, was my first day back at Culmination.
A little over a year ago the staff at Culmination was told that the brewery was closing, on Aug 3, 2023, the infamous Oregonian article came out - “We’re circling the drain” & “There’s no way out of this” were some the of the statements in that article.
The Culmination Board of Directors ended up meeting with me on Tues Aug 8, 2023, and they asked me to come back to the brewery and do my part to try save our iconic Portland Brewery.
This past year has been quite the journey for me and in this video, I share my personal reflections.
