Ingredients
Boiled egg - 4
Oil - 3 tbl spoon
Chilli powder - ¼ teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Cumin seeds - ½ teaspoon
Finely chopped onion - 2
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbl spoon
Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - ½ teaspoon
Garam masala - ½ teaspoon
Curd - 100 ml
Coriander leaves
Kasuri methi - ½ teaspoon

Garam masala recipe is very easy all u need coriander seeds,cumin seeds,black whole peppers & dry ginger u can also use the ground one too same quantity of everything except ginger less than equal amount grind them all together keep it in tight jar thats it people use more ingredients too but this is my mom’s recipe I don’t buy from market make my own I lv it I’ve been using since over 6,7 years simple & delicious 😋
