The Celine all soft bag is my favourite: it is so beautiful and elegant. You've got a great collection Fleur! I was wondering if you'd consider maybe making a video about how you store them and tips to keep your bags in a good condition even though you use them? I'm a student so I only have cheap bags (max 60€) but I can't seem to take good care of them and I'd love to have some general tips :)

Good idea! I splurged on a MiuMiu bag and I am disappointed with the quality. It hasn't held up well, so sometimes I think designer bags are really just expensive because of the brand. I would love some handbag care tips!

Keep them stuffed with bouble wrap and store in their dust bag if they don't come with dust bag buy some cheap pillowcases. That way they keep their shape and stay dust free.

Right? I feel like they buy the basic, common handbags but she has such a beautiful collection and she obviously knows her bags and takes care of them. She genuinely loves the bags she buys. Not because they're cult favourites.

I have never been a designer handbag person but I really enjoyed this video! The idea of a zipper pocket in the back of a backpack is very cool! Also in love with the way that Strathbury bag opens.. very simple to get in and out of yet no one does it!
+Katie Has Fun A lot of Japanese backpacks have vertical zippers on the back panel of the bag so you can get stuff without removing the bag from your shoulders.
Very interesting... makes me want to add a zipper to my backpack haha! Or perhaps get a Japanese backpack.

If you are going to splurge on anything, i think designer handbags are the best choice. No matter how much you spend, you WILL use it and often on a daily basis which gives you more bang for your buck/quid. Designer handbags, if taken care of, can go up in value, especially if they are considered vintage or timeless. I would rather spend on a designer handbag than a designer outfit.

I helped open a Celine concession in Neiman Marcus, and it was one of the best retail experiences I've had. Being able to handle luxury bags of that calibre and learn about them was absolutely fantastic. The craftsmanship is like no other. Handbags really are works of art.

I've been waiting for this video :D I just got my Bachelor's degree and thought of getting a designer handbag as a present to myself, to remind me of that milestone. I first wanted the Céline Luggage, which I find gorgeous but I think it's just really unpractical because of the straps. So I was waiting for this video for some inspiration.
Don't get the luggage unless you love it!! Get a classic bag! Congrats on your degree :)
KJ G Thank you :) I do love it. But from what I've seen the straps are quite short, so you can only carry your stuff in the crook of your elbow or in your hand. Therefore, I wouldn't put a lot of heavy junk in there so it completely defeats the purpose of getting a big bag.
I'm thinking of getting a 2nd hand Chanel :) or the Céline trapeze :)
+sbiiine same!! i'm about to graduate and I want to get a really nice handbag as a gift to myself as I am totally obsessed. I wouldn't recommend the trapeze btw, I heard it's not practical, and it loses it's shape very easily. some people have had to get it repaired because it's not the greatest design. you should watch Charles Gross on youtube he gives great advise about what bags to get and he really knows his stuff! I credit him with the little knowledge I have about hand bags lol

The best quality you have is being honest with your viewers. You are the only one that I am subscribed to that is, which is why I keep watching. What I appreciate the most though is that even if you are sent them, you are honest about whether you like it or not and not afraid to say whether it is not good and just tell us it is considering not all of us can afford it either. So when I know you say something is good, I know you are telling the truth and hence makes me want to buy the products. Thanks for that.

(she had been looking for a durable, large, high-end black bag for ages and it was perfect !) can i just say that bag is honestly amazing, it fits all her doctor paperwork, her computer, everything. she has dropped it (a few too many times...) and banged it along her car to the point where it leaves black marks on the car(oops) but the bag looks BRAND NEW i couldn't believe it! the fabric is amazing :) highly highly recommend !

+Reveye Yep its full name was formerly Strathberry of Scotland. It's an interesting brand. The whole premise is luxury for less and it had a Kickstarter campaign to fund one round of orders for its bags.

Tbh i don't understand the need of spending so much on bags!!! They r just usefull for putting and carrying things around which any cheaper equally cute bags will work !! Apart from showing of your wealth whats the point of designer bags?? M not hating on fleur but m just curious abt mentality !!
Some people see them as pieces pf art and adore the small details of them such as quality, design, history of the brand , details...
Plus many of these bags last a life time or generations if well kept , can't say the same about cheaper bags .

Its the same as clothes; a better quality bag will last you longer than a cheap one. I have only ever bought cheap bags but they never last more than a year. These bags would probably last a lifetime as long as you look after them.
Because lots of people collect beautiful handbags, and see them as more than just for carrying stuff. They respect and love the craftsmanship, beauty, and creativity. Some people just want to have the designer label or the status, let's be honest, but the most part would view them more as a niece form or art
