Honestly. Asgore taking the 6 human souls, teaming up with Sans, Flowey, Alphys, and the Amalgams is probably a more logical ending to the Genocide run.
Teaming up with flowey and the amalgams is the most unlikely. Flowey is flowey, and even that alphys has the amalgams as pet/lab rats, she still had problems to prevent them from attacking frisk on true pacifist, so it would be hard to control them as fighters.
Im pretty sure all information about the human that was sent to Asgore got intercepted by Flowey, i mean isnt that the whole point? Of course, Flowey realized too late that we werent on his side, and thats why he did everything in his power to warn Asgore, to no avail
