02:00 this happened to me twice in 2019 and early 2020. both times I learnt about myself and my trading system. Psychology was the main problem as he mentioned. been using my own affirmations to elevate my mindset.

Its easy to think blowing up the account will not happen to us, but the risk is real and it can happen in many ways. Always protect your money.
True, that's why it's good to use a software/algo and automate your trades. I depend on mine for my trades and helps me alot. I make a living off it.
