They really need to bring logging companies back into California to log in strips to prevent the spread of wildfires. Since Bill Clinton and the Democrats greatly reduced logging in California to protect the spotted owl, there has been more wildfires there than ever.
WHAT?, do something that worked and makes good sense, forest industries are private companies; (BAD), firefighting industries are tax supported entities; (GOOD). At the present rate of destruction there will soon be no forests left and nothing to disagree about.
we have the smartest engineers here in the usa. why we cannot design 100 plus giant drones carrying water tanks that will be used to fight these wildfires every year. these drones can be controlled to drop or spray water or chemical fire retardant at large area at the same time.
Because this country is lead by evil people and they love to see hell on earth, they do not care for you.. it's time to notice that and then everything will make sence.
a gallon of water weights 11lbs. at just 10 lbs. thats 110 lbs to have a drone to carry of 110 lbs of water.. over a 100 gal. of water i do not think they have drones that can carry that kind of load.
Wondering how much clearing and maintenance was done in the last few years after the Camp Fire? Guessing not much. People start most of the fires, and fires are needed, but a 100 years of bad policies leads to these huge infernos.
