Around 19:40 there is mention of the games at Roblox that is used for the hiring process. As something who tried to apply, I'd love to see why I as a candidate am not good for Roblox since I got denied. Since I'm hearing here that Roblox would know why.. I wonder why Roblox doesn't tell their candidates that. I'm not arguing that it's not "fair", I just wish to further my ability and craft in game development and technology. Having feedback on why I was actually denied wasn't given to me, even after reaching out to people.
Maybe this is shouting at a void, but I wanted to mention it nonetheless. In short, Roblox seems to know who a good candidate is, but as a candidate, I had no idea why I was denied.
You are not worth these companies. Do not fool yourself into believing they truly believe you CAN'T do the job they would need you for. It's about who you work with, not who you work for 😅

roblox, my mic for vc has been turning on randomly while i play without me touching anything. it has caused me to lose voice chat because of what other people have said while they walked by me. i never even use voice chat but i still like having it. i was watching markiplier once and he swore when my voice chat turned on randomly and i got a notification from it. it's extremely annoying please fix the problem
