2m is nowhere near an average human height. For men it's like 1.75m and for girls it's like 1.65cm.
When working with green screen footage in blender you can always adjust your footage to any height you prefer. The basic human meta rig armature is 2m and also the default cube is 2m. Comparing the height of your footage to either the cube or the meta rig armature are great ways to make sure your footage is in the ballpark. Of course all humans are different heights and sizes so you will need to adjust accordingly.
Noted
@@presidualist4587 it’s especially helpful to be to scale or near scale when using the cameras in Blender
1,82 meter is the size of the average human in the tallest country in the world
2 meters is roughly the size of an average door.

@@purpleparkstudios4124 yeah I guess. It's just a big difference. If you put your greenscreen footage in a house assets you'd be like a basket ball player.
I dunno. Using the default cube is fine but I'd make the greenscreen character like 3/4 of the cube or so. That seems more realistic.
But what do I know. You do you 🤷🏻♂️
@@PhilFlock once you add assets into the scene it will be pretty easy to adjust as needed assuming those assets are to scale
@@purpleparkstudios4124
I personally start every of my scenes with a 3d scanned friend of mine. I know he's like 5 inches taller than me and I can't adjust my greenscreen people accordingly
Why not? Can’t you scale the model?
Ok this is why I hate blender
The very first simplest instruction and I am stopping to leave a comment
There is no option for blend mode or shadow mode....
Why
Just why
There is but only in Eevee. If you are using Cycles you won’t need the option because the images as planes will react properly to the light sources. If you are using Eevee, navigate down the material properties tab and you will see the options to change the blend and shadow mode. Hope this helps!
