I'm Chinese and I can tell you as a life long rice muncher; Chantal has no idea what authentic Chinese cuisine looks like. Or maybe I've just been spoiled by my grandma lol. Also, I eat my springrolls with vinegar, and my dumplings too. If a Chinese place gives you soy sauce with their dumplings, it's def not authentic food.
I'm now convinced that the pauses in her storytelling are both to shovel in food and to gasp for air. Also, what happened to her exercise routine that was going to get her a six-pack?

Because the number one rule about fires and elevators is you always take the stairs. In a fire, the electricity is compromised and you can suffocate from smoke inhalation during a fire if you get stuck in an elevator. SO SHE LIED (again)! I was angry because she’s pulling from the recent apartment fire that happened in her side of town not too long ago. Somebody came on my channel and asked about General Tso chicken on Wednesday. I did a Chinese Mukbang last Monday. I brought up duck in the same livestream. She also is stealing my health problems and says her feet are curling in but hasn't had any ankle rolls.

Two spring rolls and 2 bites out of the protein and noodles would be the whole of my meal. I think hubby and I could make this into 2 meals each easy, if not 2.5 (his half for snacking in the evening). My best friend from 3rd grade to about graduation or so had been wanting to renew our friendship in the past few years. I think she finally gave up because I didn't encourage any such thing. We're 57 and it seems she's never had another bestie, or at least like me. It's a bit sad. She has a hubby, grown up kids, a career and you'd think she'd find another bestie. I'm in the NYC suburbs and we have a fair sized Asian population on the western end of Long Island. So I'm familiar with proper Asian cuisine. This is greasy, salty garbage. I admit I eat it because it's quick and cheap and near me in my area, but I know better.

She may have no respect for the suffering of others but I'm glad I do. Your family sounds like they were amazing to be part of such a noble act of human kindness. You should be proud! As someone who enjoys Chinese food, it just comes from the fact that I like savory food but I don't eat it all the time. As for her being manic, she's only manic when she's very very unhappy or very close to blowing her top which means something's going on. She has no reason to be as manic as she is when it comes to food because nobody ever took the food from her and she didn't have to share anything until she was about 11 when her sister was born and even then, with the big age gap there wasn't much she had to share.
It doesn't always hit me this hard, but I was just sitting here wishing she would finish her thought before taking another bite. And her taking four bites every 3 words... Oh, and foodie has no adult-age stories because she can't talk about them. Either they are inappropriate for a Muslim woman to discuss, or there's plenty of evidence to show she's lying about things.
