You speak so fast and when you cam to edit and somehow got to edit numbers, I ouldn't see how you did it. The same for editing text. when I click on edit and go to the document, I can't do it. What am I doing incorrectly?

I've been on the Kofax website before and according to it there is a way to remove stray dots. I can't seem to find where it is or how to make it work. Is that on a different version or am I missing the menu or something similar to that?

Hi Ailyn, you might not be able to do that as it's multi-pages and you might need to stiches the excels together after you convert.

I have Kofax Power PDF for Mac 3.5
One terribly bad quality is that any document appears onscreen with vary faint text font. This makes it horrible to read, perhaps to the point of being a deal breaker.
I have spent an enormous amount of time trying to solve/work around this.

Glad you posted this because I'm having the same issue. And, unfortunately Epson ScanSmart whilst having much better quality scan is losing pages in the final document when saving as a 'Searchable PDF' most frustrating!

How can you erase info on a document that has been scanned into Kofax?

Using redaction would work. Are you using standard or advanced version?

Hi there,
I was trying to switch from Adobe to Kofax Power PDF or Kofax OmniPage Server. I'm learning and great video! I am trying to process over 54k files to make them searchable so running them through OCR. On the Power PDF trial is there a way to batch process say a small folder with 1k files to OCR them and have them save back in the same spot replacing the files that arent searchable? Just wondering if this is possible.

Hi Alexa, You can do that using Kofax Power PDF Advanced. Set up the "watch folder" feature. It could help with this conversion automatically.

@@easonwang3067 Okay I will try that but I think the problem I am having is I want those files to be processed and stay in the same file structure. It is a huge file structure and I don’t want to throw them all into a watch folder and have to reorganize 54k files...

@@easonwang3067 For example, Adobe Acrobat just processes the files right in the same folder and you don’t have to move them or worry about it making a whole separate copy.
