The paprika I used was sweet smoked, not spicy at all, it adds a beautiful smoky flavor :) much love

Very interesting recipe. I will try this at some point. If you want an extra protein boost, add a can of good quality tuna! :-) Maybe with some capers and black olives...!

What kind of white wine would you recommend with this one? Something dry like a chardonnay?
I used just a typical Spanish table white wine, but yeah a Chardonnay would be amazing here :) much love

In this recipe the thyme + paprika replace the oregano, I know it is different, but it is what makes this pasta so good :) much love
