- Hi, I'm Dr. Judy, a Korean dermatologist.🌸Today I'm gonna debunk the Skincare Myth, 'Blackhead Removal Tips using a Vaseline'. Vaseline is originally used for extremely dry skin rescue and also to treat eczema in dermatology clinical care. However, ‘Blackhead removal videos by only using Vaseline’ in CZcams were really popular. Could the Vaseline be the solution for your blackheads instead of using AHA, BHA, or PHA toners?
I’ll share my opinion on this blackhead or oily skincare tips, and also show you suitable skincare products for sensitive & oily skin. Some of them are Korean beauty products and others are international brands. This video will be helpful for people with oily sensitive or oily combination skin type who have trouble with blackheads on their noses.

As a board certified dermatologist in Korea, I've met so many young patients who get breakouts after blindly following wrong skincare information on social media. That is one of the top reasons why I started my youtube channel and uploading videos regularly, even though this process is quite demanding as a doctor who have to see many patients a day.
Also, I've been suffering from 🚨 atopic dermatitis and eczema, since I was a baby. So my skincare videos could be helpful for those with extremely SENSITIVE & DRY SKIN like mine.

However, I am a DOCTOR and a board certified DERMATOLOGIST who have been studying for over 26 years since I'm 10 years old to treat patients with skin diseases and sensitive skin type like mine. These days I am still learning and studying for my patients and for me. ( Because I was born with eczema and sensitive skin type and I've been suffering from skin breakouts after using skincare products not suitable for me).
Actually these days, very sad accident happend to me. So I couldn't upload any video for more than one month... but encouraging comments from YOU around the world really make me happy and give energy to me ❤

I know you’re scrolling through the comments without watching the whole video.
She is basically demonstrating how ineffective it is to use Vaseline for removing blackheads/whiteheads.
She mentioned that Vaseline is for dry LIPS not the NOSE.
This is because blackheads/whiteheads are from clogged oil in your nose, so if you apply Vaseline to your nose you are basically just adding more oil to it.
