Ex gymnast here. My wrists are screaming even looking at your video! I’m in awe. I just turned thirty this year and a couple years’ of injuries have taken so much of this away. Never take your beautiful strength for granted, it’s so sad suddenly not being able to do these things 😢

She didn’t lift anything though she did a hand stand many pregnant women still exercise as long as you consult your doctor it’s perfectly fine as she said she’s been a gymnast most of her life so she knew she could do it without falling
Pregnancy is not a disease!!!! Pregnant ladies can do any and all exercises that they feel comfortable with!!! For example, i climbed until two weeks before my due date. In labour pushed baby out in five minutes. Bled only two days. Could do everything normal within weeks postpartum.
@@CityKanin I beg the difference anything could had happened you just don't know that is what I'm saying I never said women's could not exercise but don't put your life and the babies life in danger she could have slipped fell hurt her back or even her stomach but this is my opinion and I respect yours 💞

Her only job is to put herself between harm and the baby’s way…because you can, doesn’t mean you should. She’s super impressive, but still shouldn’t do that.

Exercising is beneficial during pregnancy. There was no danger in this. I climbed until two weeks before giving birth. Bounced right back and baby is super healthy and muscular.
