On the evening I learned about the church- there is so much background that prepared me- I was living in Alaska with a girlfriend and her two children. I was also dating an inactive member whom I met in a bar. I also was working for a Dr who was LDS. On this night, I finally asked my date to tell me about the church. We began to talk as he took me back to my place. We continued the conversation in my back bedroom. As we were talking, I felt others in the room. My date asked me what I was experiencing. I was very hesitant to tell him because I hoped he’d asked me to marry him. I was afraid he would think I was crazy, but I told him the corner of the room was opening up and filling with light- not a bright light- almost the light that comes through the edge of plate glass- a greenish bright. There are no words. He asked me what I saw and I thought he was playing around with me. I told him the corner was filling with people. He asked if I recognized anyone. I did; my Uncle Harold. There were hundreds and hundreds of them crowding in. I told my date that they were jumping up and down and clapping. I could almost hear and feel as whooshing noise or movement. I kept staring and the corner closed up. Then my future husband told me about temple work. I got very upset and said to him, “You mean to tell me you have had this all your life and are not living it!?” He said he was thinking about coming back. I told him I didn’t care what he did, I was going to find out more.
As I walked into the clinic that morning, my Dr friend said, “You know, don’t you?” And I said yes, get your missionaries!” I was baptized 9 days later. Since then, 1975, I have been blessed with other experiences with my ancestors. I have also submitted the names of over 5,000 of my loved ones for temple work. We in Wisconsin don or have a temple and as we have aged, we only get to the temple about 2-3 times a year. We served as ordinance workers in both the Chicago and St Paul temple’s until our health would not allow all the travel and time. We pray for a temple in our area.

I think it's super important to know who are ancestors are and know about them. I'm not super good at it though.
I wonder about two things though. When the room closes from your ancestors it seemed to be at the moment right before you spoke about the temple work. You were able to see them without even being in the temple. What do you think about the idea that, 1) When you are experiencing truth and the Holy Spirit such as receiving the Book of Mormon and the doctrine of Christ it contains that the veil is thinned?, 2) ancestors are pleased that you are about to be able to connect to them in the hereafter because of repentance and baptism and receiving the Holy Ghost? 3) That when you're thinking about and figuring out who your ancestors are there is a feeling to connecting to them (that we are all from either the 12 tribes are a gentile but a certain lineage that really matters)....but not necessarily from any temple "work" you are doing for them?
Just think about it if you haven't yet. I'd love to know what your thoughts are from sincerely thinking about those things.
The spirit was strong. Thank you, this has boosted me on my own journey to “hear him” and obey. Live for all mankind. Two churches only. So many sincere ppl out there of many faiths that love the Lord and are doing his work.
I had a similar experience. I know that whooshing feeling and sound. One night I had decided to end my life😢. I told my mother it's not her fault, prepared her for the death. She was devastated. But I said I couldn't live like this anymore. I had an nde the day before. They told me if I smoked, drank, did drugs again at the hospital I would die. Being an addict I felt like I was not going to win. So I took my pain meds put them on the counter. I stared at them. I took two. Lied down on the bed. Felt my heart rate slowing down, my lips getting cold and my arms getting heavy. Something shook me awake when I felt the whooshing I sat up. I knew if I took one more pill I'd die. I said I can't do this anymore so I opened up my scriptures read Psalms. I can't remember the exact chapter, but it was about forgiveness and how he had felt horrible for lying being a liar. I thought about it and I had lied a lot to my family about my habit. So I started praying asking for forgiveness. The next day I had pain in my abdomen, this pain had been going on for a long time and no one could tell me why and I had just had enough. Finally I found out why, and I kept praying saying thank you. I was taking medicines that contraindicated each other and was causing my liver to fail. So I said I'm not going to die today! Started eating and drinking things to help my liver get better. My doctor shook his head he didn't think anything could restore my liver. I kept taking vitamins and getting rid of the disease in my liver, found out I had hepatitis c from my ex. 😢 I was very scared. I went to the hospital bc the pain was excruciating. They did nothing to help me again. Finally I left the hospital went across the street to an urgent care they found out my BP was extremely high and my EKG was showing signs of heart attack. The hospital let me leave without checking my BP or heart. So I decided to go to another hospital. This time before I went I was outside, I could see ppl coming towards me, I felt like I was going to pass out while waiting on the ambulance. I was feeling the veil get thinner, these ppl no one else could see but me, it was odd. All of a sudden I could see all these ppl standing facing away from me. They looked sad. Really sad. I put my hand on ones shoulder and looked in her eyes, they were red. And she tried to grab me and choke me. It scared me so bad. I could tell I was going out and in of the veil. I'd come back and they would all go away. Something told me I needed to stay here I wasn't ready to go, I needed to do temple work. All these ppl are waiting on the other side in spirit prison. I believe that I saw what I saw for a purpose. They all need our help to cross over. So I've been trying to get ready ever since to go to the temple to do temple work. After that everything stopped and my liver got better. My heart is getting better too. And nothing makes me feel better than going to church. ❤
I remember one LDS man who had his Grandpa and Uncle visit him in a NDE episode,
he could not emphasize enough how our family/ancestors are watching and rooting for us.
He was told by his Uncle and Grandfather that they are rooting for us with great Zeal but they cannot help unless we ask or pray for help.

@@ZionMedia_ I;ve taken down many thousands of names of the dead several hundred thousand of them. I did that over a 20 year period. While doing all that name collecting work I had a bunch of visions given to me concerning it to collect up the direct and all the collateral lines and nearly broke the net in following these revelations.. But This is not new if you are involved in family history and temple work for the dead you will get these visions or visits from those on the other side of the lines or names you are looking for The adversary don't like this activity though so I did get afflictions while doing the work.. I was given a strange vision a few days ago, saw my deceased grandma she already had her temple work done, and she was in a big huge plot of land, and in each plot had a family surname on the plaque the plot had thousands of these family surnames. Each surname represented a family tree. I was being shown the work that was still yet to be done. As their are still many lines that the temple does not have.
Yes it is said by many these authors for NDEs both in and out of the church, that we have more spiritual beings in the room with us Than mortal beings.
Also comforting to know what loved ones we miss are up to over there! Loving us and growing by helping us

@@germanslice You're totally right. Cool dream. I've had a lot of fam history dreams too since I was a kid and wasn't even into it then. I love it when they give you clues to follow up on and they turn out to be correct. I think there's still that assumption all the work has been done when families have full trees. Nope. I'm still finding people that haven't been included. Part of the problem in FamilySearch is someone will attach a source to a few people named in the source, but not all of them. They don't realize they need to make a person page for them or look for them elsewhere. Also I've noticed the upgrade in 2012 messed up a lot stuff. There are sooo many people sitting on an "island" not attached to anyone, not connected to the tree. With that said, they've come out with a lot of awesome features over the years. But I'm currently bugged about something that the site is promoting. Sigh.
My wife had the same dream night after night, her Aunt Maddie would be in a room and talking to my wife, when it would be time for her Aunt to leave, my wife would say the same thing, “tell Tamira I love her” Tamira is our daughter who was stillborn, Aunt Maddie would tell my wife, “I can’t see her right now.” My wife one day says to me,”I wish that woman would leave me alone!” This is when my wife told me about the dream. I asked my wife if her aunts temple work had been done? She told me that her Papaw had done it all! As we were looking through the family genealogy we realized that her aunt had passed away before her Papaw. Keep in mind, all this time my wife is having this dream every night, we got Aunt Maddie and her husband’s temple work done, which was a very spiritual experience. That night my wife had her dream again and everything was the same except for the very end, when my wife would say to her aunt “ tell Tamira I love her “ Aunt Maddie then said, “I will!”

I had 2 visitations from my grandmother before I became a member of the church. My priest didn't believe me. Shortly after I joined the church I shared the experiences with a priesthood leader. He DID believe me. I have seen deceased family members in the temple as I was doing work for them. I know that there is life after this. I know that Joseph was an instrument used by God.
I'm so happy for you to have those things happen!! I'm happy for anyone who is given these kind of blessings! I really want to have experience like this, to either see my parents or meet a relative ,I never got to meet my grandparents. I've never considered praying for an experience or visitation though. I suppose I should try that.👍
I have seen my mother, her father, and three other Aunts I was doing their work in the temple.
I was young and my husband was stationed at Fort Campbell, KY with two small sons. We lived in a house that had a basement so I think this may be one of the reasons our pipes didn’t freeze in the ice storm when so many others did.
I had only been a member for a short while and was actually baptized in Clarksville.
One sister I visited lived in a trailer and their pipes froze. Her husband was also in the Army and they had two toddler sons. I had decided to bring them this huge orange container of water. I don’t know where the container came from. I have seen these at church socials filled with water or kool-aid. Maybe some brother brought it over and asked me to deliver it. I have often wondered how I came to have this church container.
I had another sister that needed visiting on the way so I went there first. After the visit, I was coming down her gravel driveway and needed to come to a stop at the end before entering the neighborhood road. It was a normal neighborhood road, it was not very busy.
I was driving a Maxivan with no seats in the back. It had a pretty blue shag rug. It was a very big van. It had power steering and brakes but no seat belts then. As I came to a stop I realized the water was falling over. I felt I was watching it in slow motion. I turned and saw it falling over, I then jumped out of my seat thinking I could catch it. Bad idea. I jumped back into my seat and slammed on the brakes. By then the van had slowly left the driveway and went over the road with the two front tires in a ditch and it came to rest on some flimsy fence by a field. I was not hurt in any way as the van was just rolling slowly. I put my head down on the steering and said to myself, “My husband was going to kill me.” He was a mean man, not a member of the church, and he thought serving others was a crazy idea.
As I lifted my head, out of nowhere I saw two men one on each side of the van ready to push it out of the ditch. Think about this: if you saw a van crash in a ditch, and a woman inside with her head on the steering wheel, your first instinct is to ask if she is ok. Also remember that this was a very big van and I don’t think two normal men could push it out. At the time, I didn’t have these thoughts, I thought, “Great help is here” and I helped them by backing the van out of the ditch. Then the men vanished or disappeared or whatever you want to call it. I looked up and down the street, they were not in sight. Think again, normal men would have hung around to make sure all was well with me.
I was also blessed again that day as a rug shop dried my van rug for free.
The greater blessing that day was the whole situation and what happened. Heavenly Father sent two super men to help me out of the ditch. Were they translated beings? I believe so.
I know this happened to me as Heavenly Father knew I would share this great spiritual story.
I know too. I have had many experiences in the Temple with my late Mother and Twin brother. I'm more of someone who can feel not really see. I feel presences in many instances it's a warning and a understanding where I need to be. I did have o.b.e or vision with a daughter I never knew and my late father. I have felt so much peace and comfort knowing we have Angels looking out for us. I love this gospel. I am not afraid of death. Sarah Menets book is a good one.

My aunt Toni would go to the temple with my mother. And she would see spirits all the time. She and mom were doing work for Daniel Boones wife . And aunt Toni started crying, and when Mom asked why? She pointed to the ceiling above them. You don't see her? She right there smiling that her work is being done. And then mom felt her there and started crying.
My son, who passed away in 2009, comes to me and tells that this person needs a hug and be reminded that they are loved by Jesus.
He keeps bothering me until I do it.

My mother died when having a surgery. Her mother and my brother who passed away as an infant came to her. Her mother told her that her mission on earth was complete and she can choose to come with them or stay on earth. My mom chose to stay. She ended up being moved to a rest home. After my dad passed he would come visit her all the time. As did her brothers. One day, She told her nurse she needed a shower and have her hair done. She told him that her husband was coming to get her today. After she was all ready, they started her therapy and tried to stand her up and she collapsed and died. The care taker was beside himself, until my sister told him my dad had died 5 years before.

Jesus Christ came to me in the Frankfurt Germany Temple when I was stationed in Germany. We went outside together and he pointed out every single person on the temple grounds that we could see that was within site and told me who each person was including the missionaries and where they were from. He stood over 6 feet tall and as he spoke to me, something I will never forget is that the sun was directly behind his head that created a halo like the testaments movie at the end when he visits the Americas after he is resurrected and he heals the blind man and the man sees him for the first time. As he spoke to me, his eyes were welled up with tears and he wept as I could tell that he had so much love for me. After we spoke he walked away.

Thank you. There are more details of it in my journal. He was dressed in homley attire. A flannel pattern button up shirt with docker like pants and black dress shoes. It wasn't the typical way a person dresses when going to the temple. It was very simple. I met him in the bathroom after coming out of the dressing room. What is interesting is I never saw him in the dressing room or celestial room. I asked the Heavenly Father right before that in the temple about the D&C verse that says the pure in heart seeing the Lord in the temple. I asked the Lord to show himself to me. When we met each others eyes, I just knew as the spirit introduced him in my mind and the way hey spoke with the gentleness in his voice and humility. I have never met anyone like that before or since then.

When my Mom passed away i had a really difficult time moving on. I was living alone and new in Salt Lake City. One night I had a dream about her and i knew that she was happy and when i woke up i felt that someone had kissed me on the cheek. I knew that it was my Mom like she did when i was a little kid, she would kiss me on the cheek.
I am enjoying this so much! I'm feeling so validated. This video may very well be the reason I repent and go back to church after having been away for 7 years.

I know what you mean, I saw John the beloved in one of our testimony meetings. I was bearing my testimony and I looked out into the congregation and there he was with a beautiful smile listening to me. I walked to my seat and he was with someone else, and I reached back and touched his knee and thanked him for his beautiful smile. I turned around and then looked back and he had disappeared. I prayed and it was revealed to me who he was.

In my skeptical years, I would have thought you were crazy, I believe you. I had a wild experience when I almost died that opened my eyes to just how real the other side is and everything we've been taught in the gospel.
My Brother passed September 12 we were close I really feel him around me all the time I know he led me to the church best decision I have ever made 😊
When my great grandfather (who was baptized but not a religious man) was close to death, he asked my grandmother who all the people dressed in white were that would follow my grandmother in and out of his room.
My first son was stillborn 23 years ago. My mom and my sister have had a few "visits" from him where theyve bee able to see him as if he were alive. Sadly, I don't have the same gift but I believe it.
My dad died a year ago and I spent many nights on my knees begging God to allow me to talk to my dad but it never happened. During this time I read the book “The Message” by Lance Richardson. That was the first time I had been introduced with details of family members on the other side of the veil influencing your life in different ways. Ever since, I know without a doubt that my dad has been with me and influencing me. Even though I haven’t had a conversation with him, I know he still watches over me when he can.
I read the same book, and shortly after I was invited to stand in on my grand nephews baby blessing. On the day of the blessing, when we were called up for the blessing, I was the first one to the front, as I got there I was looking down and I noticed shoes in front of me and as I looked to see who had beat me to the front I realized it was my Father n law who had passed away a few months earlier, I know that when we go on to the other side we will be busier than we ever have been on earth!

It really helps to cast satan and his followers out right before the podcast. It’s one of the greatest gifts of the priesthood and most forget to do it! My husband and I do it every morning, whenever we feel the adversary, and before bed. Why not before your podcast 😉 In the name of Jesus Christ ……
We often say prayers before we record - case by case. But haven’t felt the need to cast out anything of that nature because it just hasn’t been needed.

The washroom 🚻 is a good private place to cast evil beings out, anywhere. Including at work.
Speaking of living by the law, not long after I moved to Utah I woke up one Sunday morning way before church and felt prompted to go to the gym. But of course there's the whole cultural thing of you're causing other people to work, etc. And even though I was doubtful I asked if who I was speaking to was the Lord. My reply came back "Yes, son. Go." So hesitantly I got ready and I went. While I was there a song came on that reminded me of a friend. So I texted her. She told me how much she'd been thinking about me lately and how much she missed my wisdom and counsel and she needed advice about a specific situation she was going through at the time. Sometimes I really do wonder how much we are "spiritually living the letter of the law."

I have also seen my family who have died. My Grandmother and Great Grandmother on my Father's side in the Jordon River Utah Temple. I have seen my Dad twice. The first time was also in the Jordon River Temple. I was sitting in the waiting room and he was standing on the corner near the elevators smiling at me, he was dressed in white and had a bright light in his countenance.
The next time I saw my Dad was in Panama when I served a mission there. I was the mission nurse, I am an RN. I had an Elder with me because he had foot surgery for an ingrown toe nail. ( In the morning I would pick up the Elder and take to the mission office and put him to work doing something. In the evening took him back to his apartment he was sharing with the AP"s There was also my companion a young women, I was 64 years old. We were in a bad area and it was dark. (Panama is near the equator and has 12 day time and 12 hours of night) As we were leaving this place I saw a man who looked like my Dad standing a little way off and he was waving and beckoning us to hurry and leave this place, he followed us to the bus stop. Dad was dressed in ordinary clothes. The young Elder also saw him and said he was from the spirit world. My Mom and Dad were my guardian Angles while on my mission, I knew that from the first day because they spoke to me and told in my apartment on my 1st day. I was surprised and asked them why they were here and they replied they were going to be here with me.
Mission protection is real and I had a few experiences during my 18 month stay in Panama.
When we talk to a spirit it's like telepathy or through thought, it seems quite natural.
I didn't mean to write so much. It was a refreshing change to hear the NDE from a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints thank you. (I am now 82 years old)

I've had experiences all my life (earliest when I was under 5 years old). I don't say much to church members unless prompted as I find here in Australia, If the prophet didn't speak it, it doesn't exist. I share mainly with non-members. I've had many visitations, encouraging me to keep moving forward despite a lifetime of pain. Native American visitations have increased in the last 8 years for some reason. I've met 5 angels (that I can remember) they usually come to warn or instruct. One of the most memorable was when one presented me with an object, and it physically manifested the next day. I wish everyone could have the same, or at least what they need. Good luck, everyone.
I've had some similar experiences too, starting very young, way before baptism. This stuff isn't talked about much and then when you do tell a few they don't believe it. It's weird, because there are clear accounts of it throughout church history.
I can see how Australia and other countries, the church has tried very hard to keep things very unified and the teachings the same. As teachers in the church (the calling, not the office), it talks about this in the teacher manuals. They don't want people going off on their own interpretations while teaching. BTW, have things started to get better over there? I have some friends that live there and have said in the past it has been a rough go.
You sound like you lead an incredibly blessed life, aside from the chronic pain. I'm so sorry for that. I've known several people who deal with chronic pain. And I almost feel that it's because of that pain, that it opens you up to these experiences. What do you think?

My twin brother and I talk a lot about this type of stuff and we decided years ago that our ancestors can work under the direction of the Holy Ghost so you guys aren’t the only ones.
About 25 years ago a son of our cousin died on his mission and one of the twelve apostles visited them and told them their son still has stewardship over them so he would be helping out guiding and watching over them. That was one of the first clues for us that the Holy Ghost works through others.

Several years ago my father(R.I.P.) shared with me the same belief about the Holy Ghost and I am very comfortable with the concept. For all I know, my father is in that position at this time because I feel his encouraging influence to this day.

I've seen a ancestor standing by me when I woke up for a instance I could tell she was from 1800. Next day I'm looking through my ancestry for a Temple name I came across the woman that I had seen also that night I had a dream with white pieces of paper all over floor with one name on it I then told my husband about dream and the name so when I found the woman on my ancestry I copued name for Temple then looked for name husband well I did find a name her husband and their name is what I had the dream about on all the papers. We did do their work

Joseph and Sidney were receiving section 76 at the John Johnson farm. There were others who witness this revelation. After it was over, Sidney was white as a ghost and exhausted. Joseph told the onlookers “Sidney isn’t used to these experiences as I am.”

This video did exactly what it was supposed to do. It is causing the children of God to think about Christ. If you question what Mike says you can go directly to God and ask him. If you believe in personal revelation, then all you need to do in ask in faith.
I think we need to remember, the righteous spirits are very busy in the Spirit World, and they are not just sitting around watching us.
They don't have to sit around to see/watch us. They are not limited in that way as we are.
How profoundly I have been blessed to have this “visit” with ALL of you. I thank our Dear Father for this and all other blessings. I learned through this time with you, how overaccountable and stressed because of it we often are when it is simpler . I don’t mean it’s easy, because He chastises those whom He loves. I hope you can keep this visit in your videos so I can listen again and process more of how the Savior, Father, Son and others who visited and taught him how to “be.” I wish I could express it better. Once at my oldest daughters baptism. My daughters baptism was the 1st in our stake. I remember looking at the baptismal font before we proceeded to start. I felt my mother and fathers presence on my left and right side. My mother in law told me she could feel my mother's presence while I baptized my daughter. Most of my visions or dreams come back to my home ward in Texas.
Question did Nephi in his vision was guided by a ancestor? I love what you had stated about holy ghostesses.

I don’t necessarily agree that someone has to have the desire . My experience happened in my early 20’s, having fallen away in my very young youth. I had no idea what to make of any of it, and didn’t begin to understand it till over 20 years later when a string of unlikely coincidences led me back to the faith, and I was receiving my endowment in my 40’s. That is the moment I knew what it was, literally at the veil. I still have more to learn about it when the Lord finds me ready, but I think in general, it’s not solely up to us and our faith or desire.
This interview was fascinating and I believe every word you guys spoke. Being born in the covenant/church and studying my whole 40 yrs of life, Ive learned some precious new truths from this video I have not even considered that struck me as true. His suggestion on casting out dark spirits is interesting. When I encountered a dark entity in my room during the night, the last thing I wanted to do was invite it to partake of my spirit. I casted it out with my eyes closed because I couldn't look at it. I guess I am not ready to do as he suggest.
I believe a lot of what he is talking about is to develop our relationship with the Holy Ghost and be led by the Holy Ghost. My biggest advice is to figure out the power of pondering. That is when some of my biggest revelations have come to me. If you are led by the Spirit, you will know of things before it is announced over the pulpit. I knew by the Spirit we were going to be asked to wear face masks again. I knew I needed to reduce watering my lawn, and then the prophet announced it over church media. If we are led by the Spirit, it will be in sync to what is said at General conference.

I’ve heard countless experiences where little ones seeing people from the other side of the veil in the Temple. One Sister recalled she was in the Temple to be sealed to her parents when she was little & she was playing with this little girl, it was her Sister that hasn’t been born yet.
I haven’t been to the Temple much but after doing my Uncle’s work he came to thank me in his special way a couple days later. I didn’t see him but I know it was him & liked teasing me.
I had a folder opened & a corner of a sheet of paper looked like someone was trying to pick it up. I first thought it was the wind & reached for it. As I was about to grab it floated over my head & over the house. I could have grabbed it out of the air & it never fluttered like if the wind took it. I went into the backyard stood under the patio & looked around. I didn’t see it & sat in a chair to pray. That paper was my Mothers Dr’s prescription & when I got done praying to find it that paper was behind me in the grass still facing face down.
My favorite Temple experience I like to share is when my Buddy I grew up with went & I had a squeaky seat. I’m like not now but the little kid in me could make it squeak on purpose. My Buddy caught on what I was doing & hits me. We start laughing & the Lord wasn’t pleased but I wanted to make it squeak again & no matter how hard I tried I couldn’t do it. I knew the Lord got that seat fixed because it’s a house of order. You must behave when your in the Temple & pay attention.

I loved Betty Eadies book, as well as Raymond Moodys film and Books.. The challange I have with Near Death Experiences is that people come back with all sorts of individualized experienced, often times even with different teachings and truths from the Beyond.. But something I find very inspiring is how many of those that had a NDE come back with such a great love and often times special gifts.. So mayby its not so much about certain doctrines, but more about that deep love that people bring with them to share..
I listen and read about NDE often. I know what you mean. Lots of them match gospel perfectly, some have stories that don't. All I can figure is they interpret things differently. To me the NDE stories strengthen my testimony
Not to be the fly in the ointment but… one of my sons can see beyond the veil even when he doesn’t want to. His dad passed when he was 16 and often at night he would wake up and there his dad stood. It’s mostly just his dad that he can see but he often feels others around. I have 9 children and two others have this gift also, not as much as their brother though.

I've had some experiences with those on the other side from time to time, but most recently was the most consistent and most treasured. This year I was facing a large health issue and I prayed, letting my Father and Brother that I would need their support and help as I went through this. From that time forward I constantly felt their support. Whenever I had questions regarding my treatment, I would pray and receive strong confirmations of what I needed to do and what the results would be. At times it was hard to be patient as I waited for the doctors to figure it out when I already knew.
On my mission I had received insight about the “office of the Holy Ghost“ during personal study. I kept it to myself until another missionary in my district asked me, “do you think the Holy Ghost is more like an office?” We had a great conversation about the possibilities of what that means. I knew he had been revealed the same thing. I’ve never heard of such a revelation from anyone else until now. Thanks for sharing.

I too had the same thoughts. When I was set apart as a missionary, I was told my father (who had passed years before) would be with me on my mission. There is a pattern to things. The church is a great example of how Heaven works.

I was raised a Lutheran by a Catholic father and Lutheran mother who rarely attended any church. They however made sure my brother, sister and I were sent to church. I'm forever grateful for parents who cared enough to see that I got some religious training in my youth. I'm grateful to the Lutheran church for introducing me to Jesus Christ the Son of God. By the prayer of faith and the witness of the Holy Ghost I learned as a child that Jesus is the true Son of God who lives today as a resurrected being in heaven with God the Father. I know that he atoned for the sins of all mankind on the cross and opened the way for the resurrection and salvation of all men. In my early teens I questioned my parents, church and leaders on their authority and knowledge. I rebelled against society and became a hippie looking for love in all the wrong places and doing all the wrong things. However, God in his great mercy chose to chasen and awaken me to the error of my ways. This happened at Woodstock 1969(when I was 19) during a near death experience while I was abusing my body with those bad things of the day. I found myself in hell tormented by all my sins and then reflected upon my childhood belief in Jesus Christ and called upon his name to save me. He heard my voice and delivered me back to life. I was born again and made a promise that day to change my life and go and do what the Lord wanted me to do. He led me by the Bible and the Holy Spirit over the next nine months to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where I was baptized in the Atlantic Ocean at Smith Point Fire Island, NY on June 27th 1970. I know by personal revelation and the Holy Ghost that Jesus is the Savior of all mankind and He has led me to the prophet Joseph Smith, the Book of Mormon and the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints which I know to be true by the power of the Holy Ghost. Please seek, read, ponder and pray concerning these things and you too can know they are true by the power of the Holy Ghost I pray in the name of Jesus Christ, amen!

The book mentioned here, "Life in the unseen World", is a clever deception from the adversary. It is plainly exposed in the chapter on the Dark Realms when it teaches that there is no devil, no prince of darkness who is diabolically opposed to God.

I read the book "Life Everlasting" that's still in print, and has had updates, thst talks about church leaders and others who have had NDEs and other spiritual experiences having to do with death etc.
I read it in 1970s. But has a number of newer editions.

My discovery of the Church was in the home of an elderly member who had multiple spiritual interactions like Mike discussed on this video. Her powerful testimony of these priceless experiences helped me to believe they were real….which has allowed my life to have many of these same experiences that Mike shared.. Believing was the key that has made them a part of my mortal journey.

This was absolutely astonishing!! It's really hard to wrap my head around the idea of him actually talking to Jesus Christ. I would really be feeling like I'm not worthy enough to be given a gift such as that!! And Mike speaks of the Lord as though he's just another guy he talks to or hears from frequently!! I'm not implying anything about Mike at all.... But it just blows me away how relaxed he is, while he relates these experiences to us! I just wasn't expecting this at all! Does anyone else feel like I do after hearing his experiences!? And it sounds like these were more like visitations than near death experiences... Am I right?

Jesus is God. The casualness of their interactions is highly unusual and no prophet had ever had an interaction like that with Him. Not that we know of at least. I’m very wary of what’s actually happening here. Something is happening, but not sure if it’s good or bad.

If they come to your presence, bless them with love, bless them with light, offer them an opportunity to accept the light and let go their anger, their fears to return home. And it works very well. I had the exact same experiences…And when you maintain a high frequency, they cannot be in your presence anymore.

I learned so much from this. Thank you for allowing us all to share in new enlightenment. My husband died in April and is buried on our property so I visit with him often at his grave. I have been having words come into my mind as I speak to him in conversation and now know for sure that he is communicating with me. This is a learning process that I am eager to develop now.

I literally saw in my mind's eye a whole bunch of people move down like a slide while I was getting my patriarchal blessing and stand by
I would like to speak with Mike Rigby at some point. I know very well the things he's been discussing and it was nice to see that someone else even describe them in the same way I have.
Although I agree with what he said concerning desire and the willingness to give up everything in this world for the knowledge of God (because it is worth even more than all we could ever have to give) I do not agree with being able to have these experiences just by really wanting them. We all have differing spiritual gifts that indeed come by faith - but these may differ from person to person. I happen to share this one with Mike but I did not seek it and have never been able to force these types of experiences. They seem to come and go regardless to my particular level of faithfulness at the time. Sometimes I am more faithful than others but these experiences have not been isolated to my most faithful times.
If Mike wants to chat with someone who also keeps a few toes in the spirit world, let me know. I don't have any desire to end up on a podcast about this or in a book or anything. I just wanted Mike to know that I understand.

@@ZionMedia_international association for near death studies. I have been following them also for years. I found them while trying to find others with experiences similar to my own. I found what I was looking for and even the terminology to describe what I experienced. My story is what’s described as a shared death experience (though it doesn’t early fit under this definition either, it’s the closest term I’ve found that describes what I went through) and it’s been good to find others in this organization I can relate to. My father passed by suicide and I was blessed with opportunity to attend what many people would call his life review. It wasn’t immediately after he passed, and a guide invited and escorted me to the meeting. I happened to arrive just prior to my father being brought in. This “meeting” was incredibly detailed and felt like a very long day. Like going to work for a 12 hour shift and spending the entire shift in a conference room. It wasn’t long and tedious like a 12 hr meeting at work would seem however lol. In (this) reality, this occurred one night in a dream. I’m so grateful for the experience, because it has allowed me to immediately tune out those who speak about the eternal damnation of those who pass this way. My grief was already incredibly complex, I’m grateful it was not further complicated by that false narrative.
When I went to the temple to have his work completed, it was a big trip to plan (travel time and finances to make the trip). While on this trip, my father came to visit me and told me he wasn’t sure what it was that I had done, but that he was well aware of the sacrifices I had made for the purpose of doing something for him, how he felt very loved and it meant a great deal to him.

he had 3 spirits come visit him and they let him ask him questions about the spirit world for around 45 minutes, but this guy didn’t write any of it down, and now can’t remember what they said. That’s crazy sketchy. Everyone’s spidy senses should have gone off as soon as he said that. You’d remember that even if you hadn’t written it down. It makes no sense

Yup , I even used this in my head one night when i couldn’t say the words out loud . It worked exactly like it does in the temple .
I’ve had evil spirits try to influence me to hurt others & Dr’s put me on medication for it. The medications only helped me to not act out because I was so drugged up. I was still suffering & went to see the Bishop. I told him I felt I was possessed by an evil spirit. At first he didn’t seem like he believed me & when I went back to see him again he used the Priesthood to cast out that evil spirit. He never done it before & kept having a thought to do it with me. I felt that evil spirit thrashing inside of me. I felt much better & don’t take medications anymore. The Dr didn’t want me off of them but the Lord did & He helped me to get off.
I use to have bad dreams at night until I started praying for protection when I sleep. I had a dream that Satan threw my out of bed & I woke up on the floor.
Heavenly Father gave me the spirit to discern when someone had an evil spirit possessing them I could feel it and just by authority in the priesthood and in the name of Jesus Christ they would depart. It it’s a weird feeling I feel like I’m floating and then drained, I was in a situation where the house an ex mental institution was full of evil and when I tried to lay my hands on my friend I could actually feel them biting and pinching me until I raised my hand to the square and I heard a sound like rushing air then they departed then I was able to be used to cast out the evil entity. Again it was the Lord using me as a conduit.

I read the book "Life in the world unseen" It was in the early 90's. I will always remember the part where He visited the people in the lower levels. One person was so unwilling to forgive another.

What an incredible experience that he shared. However, the details seem very concerning. Towards the end of the video, why would Jesus say he doesn't always do things according the highest level of his father's understanding? That seems like the opposite of what he said in the New Testament --that he does nothing but what he sees the Father do. Also, from what I have gathered from others that have had similar extraordinary experiences, they are commanded not to make them public. Why is this different? As well as that other friend of his that says he was visited by John the Beloved. Why would God reveal such important public information to them and not to His ordained prophets? The scripture comes to mind Amos 3:7: Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.

Keep in mind, in that video, he reiterated the importance of prophetic guidance. I woke up in the middle of the night to about 20 men in my room. I didn’t recognize any of them until one of the men said he was my grandfather that passed when I was young. He started to tell me about how getting all of his family involved in Mormonism was a huge mistake. (This was before God changed his mind about being called Mormon) He continued to tell me that all of the other men were my future family members and for their sake I had to distance myself from the church and break the chain. Well that is what I did and I have felt so much peace, joy happiness and success since that time.

I read the Life in the World Beyond book back in 2006 when a Xerox copy was given to me. I was impressed by the parallels with Gospel truths, and I am glad his temple work was done.
My family members have visited on occasions such as my grandfather who died when I was 6 coming when my first daughter was born. I never told her that story. 22 years later, visiting my daughter at the birth of her first child, she told me, "Mom, your grandfather came to bring the baby." She described him to a tee. These days my daughter is kind of like the Ghost Whisperer. She shares messages from the spirit with their family.
I have had experiences with Evil and I raised my arm to the square and cast them out.
I said in the name of Jesus Christ I command you to leave. Saying it three times.

Your video/podcast is so interesting. Before hearing Mike`s story I thought I'm crazy. I`ve experienced it too like sensing my family`s spirits, angels, and even Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ. and the Holy Ghost. Sometimes when I pray verbally I can hear their voice in my head replying my questions. I know I`m not crazy and even I myself felt weird whether if it's just me or really them. But the thing is they saved me from my depressions, committing suicide, comforting me because I`m alone, assuring that they always love me. My tears can testify how they protect and loved me. I called Heavenly Father as dad because I felt I`m so connected with him. Jesus Christ`s experience in the garden of Gethsemane almost collapsed me after asking him how does it fells like, which he did. I can`t bare the heaviness even after a minute. I saw in my head the wickedness and the pain that almost collapsed me. I did cry a lot and thanking him for that experience. Jesus Christ`s love for us is vast and beautiful even he suffered for us because of our iniquities.
I have a lot of experiences that helped my testimony stronger. I`m so happy seeing this video because its so wonderful knowing that I`m not the only one experiencing this.

My brother 17 yr old… in the hospital and in critical condition. We weren’t raised going to church. I doubt he was ever in a church. We had a private nurse for him. He was talking to the nurse and stopped for awhile……. The nurse wondered what happened that he stopped all of a sudden…….. he resumed saying “ Patsy, angels were at my bed” she was so shocked that she didn’t know what to say….. my brother passed within a few weeks. So this is nothing to doubt !!!
This teminds me of my fathers experience. When he talks about the two extra men there. My father said when he was younger that he was not going to church anymore and was into riding his motorcycle and went on a trip. While gone and resting in a motel room. He was nesrly asleep. When he felt someone else in the room with him. And he knew who it was . It was his grandfather. And there was two others also, one to either side of him. And hos father admitted that he asked and got permission to come and tell him. And he told my father to get himself home, and asked why he left his granny alone? And so immediately he got up and rode none stop to his home . And as soon as he got there. Hebfound out from a friend that granny was in the hospital. And she nearly died. Hebfelt like a heel. He never left her alone again.

I want to know if he asked the 3 spirits who visited him and his wife, if the spirit world is pretty much how most other NDE's describe it, where people are in groups of rooms or areas, and a great huge library, and a school of sorts...
