I can't imagine anyone seriously cutting up a MTB lile that. Presumably the reinforcement poles get reinserted when it comes time to ride. Where do you stow them ? Do you walk around with them? You know that saying "more money than brain's"? This is what they were referring to. Guy could have done this with a cheap $100 supercycle from Walmart. Instead he goes to a bike shop and buys a specialized just to destroy it for a video. To us who grew up hitting the trails, this pains us to watch this. It isn't a top of the line bike from that company, but it still wasn't a cheap bike to buy. Some of us had to save for years to buy what we have (I own an 06' Norco A-line). My brake line cost more than a new bike from Walmart. Stupidity at its finest here people..
