This whole situation has been completely misunderstood. Earlier in that game the ref told Jamal he wanted to purchase a heat pack; Jamal could be seen making a hand-gesture indicating he would not deliver the heat-pack until he received payment. Payment was received later in the game, and the heat-pack was delivered 😀.

That's a joke just 100k fine for that: Gobert got the same for making the money sign at the ref, meanwhile this dude kept clapping, complayining in their face, did the money sign, threw a towel and then an heatpack onto the court endangering everybody. They should either have given him a suspension or at least 250k fine.
