I got this game for my 10th birthday, ah yes the good old days.
Villains missing chameleon, kingpin, green goblin, hobgoblin, the vulture. Chameleon n his camouflaging skills wd hv been a great addition to either of these 2 games. Even the vulture's flying tricks. The vulture wd hv also been good, he is similar to jet from streets of rage 2 and 3.

I think Green Goblin was intended to be the main villain of the third game. So, I guess it sort of happened if you consider the movie game from 2002.

Fun Fact:
The final fight with Hyper-Electro was meant to take place on top of the twin towers. But that concept was removed from the game due to 9/11.
In addition, a few other things went away with that.
Why didnt he fight the beetle. He was one of the villains too. After escaping from sandman and while he got into the cargo train and he faced beetle, there shd hv been a fight between the two in the bogey. If Spidey won, beetle wd hv got hurt bt had enough energy to escape the bogey before Spidey cd finish him and force information out of him. In between catch that train and gangland. Another good boss wd hv been added.

When I was a kid I was so looking forward to fight with the beetle in this game but it was a bit disappointing so I had waited for the spiderman 3 ps1 at least but it they didn't make it. It was so disappointing back then.
