2023 Harley Davidson Street Glide Special - Gray Haze

Welcome back everyone. Today we are taking a look at my 2023 @Harley-Davidson Street Glide Special in Gray Haze. I have added 12" LA Chopper twin peaks handlebars, passenger backrest, rear luggage rack, @Khrome Werks 4.5" slip on mufflers, @Custom Dynamics LED blinkers, Harley LED rear blinker kit, Apple carplay module, heel shifter and more.

What do u think about a 08 SG? It's a 96 ci twin cam. I'm afraid it has that plastic cam tensioner shoes. But I'm gearing towards a m8 w a 107. The cycle shop did my cam conversion on my 03 Fatboy fr a plastic cam shoes to a hydraulic ones. It ran me over 2k for all that. I'm afraid an 96 ci twin cam has those too?

@@haroldyazzie3538 I’ve owned a number of Harleys over the years. The twin cam was great until the M8 came out. People holding onto their twin cams just haven’t ridden an M8 yet. Hold out for the 107 in my opinion. You won’t be disappointed. Just don’t get the early M8. Go with 2019 or newer

I’m faithful to nothing. The RKS was 2 bikes ago now. I traded it for a Pan America and now I traded the Pan America for this. It’s a vicious cycle I’m in. 🤣

Hmm ok. Where did you find that tray for the saddlebag?

@@gghostrrider I had my dealer order it for me. It’s called a Top Shelf and I believe that’s the companies name also. $35 ish if I remember correctly. I bought one for both sides but only run the one. As for your earlier comment, I don’t like flush mount caps. They’re plastic and held on with 3M tape. No thanks!
