You've changed the whole UK police view of filming. Your early videos had you in handcuffs, yet they now seem to understand UK law, except for odd occasions like the one in Tipton. You're doing a fantastic job for all of us.

The thing is AB gets the settlement as prescribed by the authorities which is our, the tax payers money. This is the reason we are constantly paying out with no consequences to the offending constable. This is wrong in my opinion. The constable should pay out, then maybe they would take it seriously. I wish for the public or us commentators whom are concerned state the compensation AB should receive i. e. I would say a million pounds. That would stop this stupidity from happening. Thank you AB and you would deserve it.👍🙏😎

I think that should have been upped to £3000 due to the amount of time AB wasted trying to get the search record.
HNK seem to be settling for too low an amount these days. Like they can't be bothered getting the best for the clients and are just going through the motions and get quick easy money. Instead of putting more work in, being more assertive and settling for fairer amounts.

Internet chat is all about getting messages through to the reader, I am sure a misspelt word still does that. This computerised search record system means that rather grumpy people who have been searched and not arrested will be descending on the remaining police public foyers and demanding their records. A system that previously required police officers to handwrite a form on a duplicate pad now requires them to enter data on a screen, a process they appear to struggle with and for the foyer staff to search for and print the resulting record. The staff seem very slow either because of poor training or perhaps bad technology. Sometimes they appear to retaliate against members of the public for being grumpy by making them waste their time in the foyer waiting for the form to be printed.
A person who has been searched and not found wanting is actually not guilty of any crime so why do they get such poor service from the police?
On this occasion the foyer staff was polite and friendly and should not be blamed for the failings of the system.
The process is the punishment.

It is legal to enter unrestricted areas of a police station grounds, after all it is public property, it is also legal to record a police station, police cars and police officers.
If these police officers don't know this they should find another job, but who would take them?
Noticed the sign in the station lobby said “no filming or photography”. However, several of the posters on display had QR codes 🤔

I too was disappointed after Theresa May stated that "austerity" was over before the pandemic. But failed to put VAT back to 17.5%. It still sits at 20%.

If I remember correctly, they were acting on a tip off that the person you were mistaken for was going to be at your location so they were probably nervous about either lying to AB or possibly compromising an informer if it went to court? That was on top of having no grounds to search AB.
