Year 5 brings many new changes to Hogwarts as the Ministry of Magic begins to interfere at the Wizarding School to both hide the reality that Voldemort is back and to control the young students' education so they cannot rebel against the system. Cornelius Fudge elects Dolores Umbridge as High Chancelor at the school after Dumbledore is forced into hiding. Harry and his friends decide to take their education into their own hands in order to prepare for the inevitable fight against the Dark Lord and his Death Eaters.

I wish they would have included the mirror. Sirius gave Harry a mirror so that they could communicate undetected but Harry forgot about it. This is why Harry feels super guilty about Sirius’ death. He could have just contacted Sirius with the mirror to see if he was okay instead of jumping the gun and going to the ministry. I didn’t like that they didn’t put that in the movie but they show the shard of the mirror in the Deathly Hallows. It didn’t make sense lol.

How did you forget the best scene in all of Harry Potter and beat line. Dumbledore says I’m not going quietly and then forks comes flying in and he disappears and Kingsley says “you have to admit he’s got style”

I feel like the only reason fans of the books don’t like this movie is bc it leaves out so many great scenes and information from the books. People who didn’t read the books don’t like it bc it’s confusing since so much stuff was left out that was explained in the books
Agreed they definitely altered a lot and left so much out, but that book is so dense it’s impossible to fit it all in

Yeah compare with the half-blood prince, people prefer it to out. But for me.. Ootp was completely deep cause there was a connection between Harry and Vold. Also about how the prophecy is more about @@kaysaanjackson
