  • Serac monoblock Rinsing - Filling - Capping solution with Wet PAA (Paracetic Acid) and Sterile Water for bottle decontamination, as well as Pulsed Light integration for Cap decontamination (dry and compact solutions). The video was taken during our factory test, hence no milk was wasted.
For highly sensitive products, you want to avoid any contamination during the filling process. This means having a clean container, a clean cap, a clean environment, and the simplest most hygienic product circuit possible.
In this video you can see a Serac rinser-filler-capper for a major dairy brand in one of the South Asian countries, designed specifically Extended Shelf Life milk. This machine runs 2L bottles at 120BPM.
Serac is a leader for filling liquid dairy products in rigid packaging, from non sensitive products to aseptic sterile products.
Serac can propose a multitude of decontamination process to adapt further to our customer specifications:
    - Dry paracetic acid
    - Wet paracetic acid
    - e-beam
    - dry h2o2
    - etc.
    For our Asian customers:
We understood early the need to regionalize our production and adapt to local markets. Serac has a factory in Malaysia and we have been there for 20 years. Our after-sales offices are also available across many countries in Asia.
    Serac Worldwide:
Established teams around the world favouring proximity in customer relations and ready availability for discussions.

Hi im curious and like to ask, do you guys use any sort of lubrication on the gears within the system?

      Yes, we use centralized lubrification.

I had enough trouble working out the difference between a rinsing machine and a filling machine before, now I’m totally confused

This is definitely a filling machine. It is not, I repeat, NOT a rinsing machine. If it were a filling machine it would fill the bottles, not rinse them. It is a rinsing machine, not a filling machine.

@@joshchapman8794 Then exactly what do you propose it is doing at 0:46? Ive never seen a filling machine fill bottles upside down, this is clearly a RINSING machine, look at it at 2:46, it's clearly filling and capping them. This is a capping machine!

@@joshchapman8794 I don't get it. Your first sentence says it *is* a filling machine, and definitely not a rinsing machine. Your final sentence says the opposite. Just what are you trying to say?

Hello there. It's a monoblock that's consisted of rinser, filler, and capper. From 0:45 you can see the rinser part. Then 1:28 you see the cap decontamination part. The filling starts at 01:37 with net weight filling technology. And the capping (servo capper) starts at 02:59. All in all, the bottles go to rinser first, where they are rinsed with PAA liquid solution, then rinsed with clean water to remove any residual of PAA. Only then they go to the filling and capping part. Please contact us at www.serac-group.com/contact-us/ if you want to know more!
