I notice most of them just took the gravy. Not the protein ( chicken) inside. Thats why its cheap. If you took protein, i think they'll charge it differently.
If they can learn how to use cell phones and the internet, why can't they learn how to eat with forks and spoons? That's the cleanest street food vendor I've seen in all the videos I've seen on You tube. And he keeps the food covered.

Its meals we generally prpr at home for lunch/dinner(rice common).. Other side dishes like Dal(yellow pulse) or sambar(Dal stew) are common, one curry(Made of any one veggie)per one day, rasam(stew of spices), chutney(kind of pickle made with fried veggies temporary stays for 1 day nly), butter milk/curd at end

Chicken curry - onions, tomotos fried, added ginger garlic paste, masalas(coriander pwdr, cinamon, cloves , salt, chilli/powder etc)alobg with chicken added, once comes to boil , add fresh coriander leaves

No. These food get sold out within that very same day.
Indian climate is as such that the food would become rancid easily. If they would be any wastage then they might feed stray animals or throw. On top of that Indians like freshly made meals.
