1 year update: Still using it, works just like day 1. I run it almost DAILY, and it saves me a bunch of time. Instead of pods, I’d recommend using liquid detergent as they are more cost-efficient and last way longer. I bought the Cascade one (amzn.to/3TeDlSG) and it lasts forever.
Thanks I have one under a different name. I can't believe I didn't have one.
Thank you so much for the update.
O.k. but.....can you use this with a 1500w portable power station?
@@UPdan yes, this runs about 800w.
where would you put the dish detergent/dawn directly?
Honestly having something like this would be so nice, being able to just throw everything in there after a meal to have it clean by the next meal and not feel guilty about not filling the dishwasher since it’s so small
I lived in a NYC apartment for 27 years. I bought this Novette about a year ago. IT IS TOTALLY WORTH IT! Only down side? Counter-space it takes up. Aside, cleaning it is super easy and it does an amazing job of cleaning. I don't care if it takes a long time. That is time I get to spend doing other things, and my hands are no longer dried out from washing dishes by hand. OH! And that coffee mug rack??? It is for espresso cups. Mugs do not fit.
I'm thinking, wouldn't this be much nicer to set up in the shower room? On some sort of a cabinet? You can just carry the dishes to and from it, fill it up with shower head (to avoid having to fill and carry 3 filler jugs) and it can drain into the shower too.
@@millanferende6723no space in the shower room unless you have a huge shower/ bathroom.
I just ordered this a couple days ago and I'm so unbelievably excited. I have a countertop over my sink that's perfect and i know i won't miss the space cuz it's been occupied by dirty dishes since i moved in.
Do you know if it’s connected to the water faucet so we keep the faucet on?
our new apartment came with this exact model of dishwasher and this was so helpful to find out all the ins and outs of it. glad to see it works so well, it's going to save us so much time! thanks for posting!!!
42 years on this planet and no one bother to tell me about this magnificent technology 😭
I use a rack like that in my dishwater. I recommend laying large knives on there. (anything bigger than a dinner knives)
I just got one of these from a friend and I am in love! I don’t mind hand washing my dishes but I don’t always get them spotless this is going to make life easier plus, I LOVE that it has a reservoir tank and I don’t have to tie up my faucet
Thank you. Due to health issues, I've just bought one and can't wait to get it.
My son bought me one for Christmas and I absolutely love it!
I've become overwhelmed by my house chores due to bad mental health. Im getting one . My life needs to be easier 😂
Same ive just stopped, i look at my dishes and it dosnt bother me as much as it should, my partner has been a big help, i just stopped caring around 23 i had the "who cares, not like i have friends to bring over" mentality
The mug mini rack would probably fit a small mug. You tried put 2 Mason jars which are much higher lol. Also, once you use the dishwasher several times you get to find optimal placement of the dishes. That helps get the most dishes in there and obtain the best results. In the end it gets clean dishes without eating water and electricity. I’m going to order once tonight!
Tried all my other mugs, none of them worked 🤷🏻♂️ but yes, I’ve been using this machine for the past few months and it’s been great
it doesn't, small tea cups only
Can you set different water temps or is it only the temp of water you pour in it?
The top rack you can fit utensils on there. That's what the slats are for. Mine comes out when I am not using it. I have that and another rack for utensils and use the bottom one more.
that is amazing for small living spaces
Yass! I’ve been seeing this on Amazon. Been very curious myself! Great video!
I couldn’t find this brand on Amazon
OH! While the dishes do get hot during the drying session, it is not going burn you. One of the things you have to watch for is to not turn cups or bowls right-side up. All of the dishwater will collect in it and not dry. The drying cycle does work well.
Just ordered one of these, I'm really excited since I HATEEEE doing dishes 😂
I know this is silly question but do you think a 7qt crock pot would fit?
really cool product
great video as always :)
The rack you tried to put glassware on is for cutlery, or at least it is in my countertop dishwasher, Cookology, otherwise you should be able to detach it. I put it on a 29 minute cycle and that's fine. Glassware comes out sparkling, no fingermarks as when washing by hand, and stains in cups/mugs removed.
Awesome video! Seems like a very useful product if you don’t have a dishwasher
thanks for the great review, i ordered one and it's coming tomorrow
Didn't even know that they made these👍😁 Definitely getting one and probably its own little cart to put it on. Thanks man, awesome!
In other mini dishwashers, this small rack for cups is actually a rack for cutlery.
That’s what I thought
After having 2 other mini dishwashers break down, (the pumps stopped working on both) I decided to change brand and this one arrived today 26/1/2024 and so far very happy with its performance.
Mine works well, with the exception that once it's filled up and I press start, it takes a while before it'll actually start. I've read the manual several times, so I don't know what's going on.
Had a very similar one from Farberware. Worked well!
Past tense? Still use it?
@@sixpackbinky mental issue?
@@sixpackbinky Maybe they upgraded !!!!
How much power does this thing use?
Could you send me the link for the back ground paper that you have on the backdrop system?
Great video very informative to the point great presentation. Thank you.
Impressive performance
Best machine ever I love it
I genuinely just hate doing dishes after a meal. Might try this
hola, si quiero usar el lavavajillas con la manguera de agua como se conecta al grifo
Yeah! I have a similar one too! Works really well for a family of 4 :)
Love your content! Keep creating!! :)
Where is yours from
@@Samaelmartell Toshiba.
I have one for the 3 of us. Washing dishes at night really got me down.
now after a year how is your experience with it and more how does it do with pots and pans? do they fit?
Do you know my dishwasher pump went out on the fourth time I used it. I had it about six months but I haven’t used it so I’ll let you know.
Bought mine today but the blue light is not on??? How to turn it on?
How dirty were the dishes before washing?
Does the light stay on throughout the wash? It looks cool!
The light automatically turns off after about 2 min… agreed looks cool though!
@@JoshuaChang Appreciate it Josh, thanks!
im thinking of getting a mini dish washer for my tiny apartment so tired of doing dishes
How much watts or kw an hour?
what about the light bill?
Is plastic safe in it?
I would totally buy this
Hey! I got one of that but other brand (Vivohome), I need a new lower spray arm, does anyone know where I can get one? Already tried their website, email them...
Is it possible to do a cold wash? In a camper van, sometimes i would want to not heat the water a lot
Are you thinking that you have to use hot water in the tank? You use cold water and it gets heated in the dishwasher.
@@SuzanneWho Thanks, No i was thinking on days in my campervan.. if i dont have much power to hear water. Could i just do a cold wash and skip the heating part?
Contemplating on buying one then thought “where does the dirty water go?!” Question answered in less than a minute watching your vid, ordered mine it’s on its way!!! Thank you!!
how is it, any bad points?
it’s small so I don’t put pots and pans but that is all, it’s fantastic! I wish I had brought one sooner!
@@blueyellowbitch4 cool, thanks
where did you think the dirty water would go? the kitchen floor?
@@076657 I thought it might connect under the sink , like the washing machine smh
Does this washer use a pump to move the drain water or is it gravity drain?
Uses a pump I believe
@@JoshuaChang Thank you!
I recently bought myself a novette countertop dishwasher for my birthday. I really love it and was impressed how well it cleans my dishes. Unfortunately it its too tall for my kitchen upstairs but it fits my downstairs kitchen countertop fine. I live with my elderly mother and her caregiver. So this is perfect for two person household. No more leaving dirty dishes in the sink.
Does it drain into sink or within itself?
There’s a hose that comes out the back. If you have the counter space, you can stick this hose into the sink. My apartment doesn’t have enough space so I put it off to the side with the hose going into a bucket that I empty out after it’s done.
Great review! Subbed 😊
I got the backdrop system you have.
Varipoles..!
@@JoshuaChang Yes sir! and the seamless paper thunder gray.
Can you do pots and pans?
Pretty solid for 400 dollars
I hate to tell you, but a wide mouth, pint canning jar is not a mug. A regular 8 to 10oz coffee cup should fit fine.
nice.
2:09 nice
Did you fill it with cold or hot water?
Cold!
Their web site says you can add cold water. The dishwasher heats the water automatically.
I moved to an old house with a tiny kitchen. Living the dream that my kids would wash their things... Dream on! I bought this for not being a human washing machine anymore 🥰
Me you did not show the plates, or the preparation you did to them, as I can see the plates are wet.
How about cleaning it in the sink.
Plz answer! Can you use dish soap instead of pods
Yes, I’ve actually switched from pods to using dishwasher dish soap since pods are a bit overkill for this small dishwasher. Not to mention it’ll be cheaper to use dishwasher specific dish soap. Hope that helps!
Can u take the trays out
Yes you can. It rolls out completely
Normal will take 69 mins…nice he says 😂 I see what you did there
bonsoir, quelqu'un pourrait me dire comment avoir le mode d'emploi en français ? merci à celle qui voudra bien me renseigner
I just bought one
Isn't that Cascade detergent pod designed to be ample detergent for a regular full-size dishwasher? With a tiny dishwasher like this one, how are the dishes rinsed well enough, so they are not coated with chemicals from the extra-large amount of detergent?
Yeah it’s too much. You just need a tiny bit of powder or gel. Plus the pods are bad because they release microplastics into the water.
That mini dishwasher can make delicious lobster roll 😋
Is for cup not for vaze😊
Thank you. Great vid. There seems to be a few of these dishwashers on the net. They all look and do the same. Different names...Hava, Novette, Gobbleygook. I bought mine fro, Ali Express waiting for it . $235.00 with tax free ship.
3 weeks ago, and you might have gotten it by now. Worth it ?
Oh my, Mr. Chang! Your voice is very nice!
Don't think it would have been too crazy to use it once or twice before a demo.
Im single now. My house is not that spacious. And I’m not sure if I have the necessary connections for the small machine. Maybe I’ll get this one just for one person should be perfectly enough.
It's meant for a MUG with a handle not a mason jar lol
For that little amount of dishes, i would just handwash. It would get me two minutes top
I need a new dishwasher this will be my third one, first one was a used hermitlux brand had it almost a year , but stopped working a few days ago. Ordered a lemohome didn’t even get to use it brand new out of the box doesn’t work properly, side note for future buyers Do not I repeat Do not buy a lemohome dishwasher the brand absolutely sucks.
Omg.. the "groove" is just there for measuring 💀
He didn't even fall down the mug thing all the way
You didn't add any dishwasher salt
only need dishwasher salt if you have hard water
I can wash and dry it by hand before you press play. If you are lazy use plastic cutlery and paper plates
Not 19 minutes on a fruit wash 😭
We all joke, but hardly anyone cleans their produce as well as they should.
I live alone so this will be perfect for me An auto is super cute
W vid
just got one for 240
That's not a mug thats a cup....but cool 😊 thanks
You have got to be sick to load in mugs and glasses on their side😮
you can put a mug but you put in a jar mate 😅
Do you have to plug it in THATS the real question lol
Yes
"69 minutes.."Noice".."
Looks like it would be way more trouble than it's worth for the small capacity it has.
I'd buy it for $150
Let's clean some fruit!
I could hand wash these in five minutes.
yes but all those 5 minutes add up over time. 5 mins a day is over 30 hours a year.
Gimmicky
جميل،good
Need a mini washing machine rather than this
Seeing how little this fits... this helped me realize it wouldn't be useful for me. Washing 3 plates and 2 bowls by hand would take like... a minute....
The most annoying thing for me is washing pots, but doesn't seem like this could fit 2 small pots in there
it doesn't. It saves time for more CZcams Shorts to watch
Can you send me 1 plzz
