I just started doing leg exercises with dumbbells and my legs are in pain. I had been using leg press for a few months and my legs never felt like this after, but these leg dumbbell workouts are really hitting me.
Make sure you stretch pre/post workout and get enough sleep and water recovery is the most important

Make sure to work your way up from lower weight. Our bodies can only keep up with what we build up to and exceeding it without building that strength/endurance can cause lasting problems. (Trust me, I have those problems already)

I'm trying to figure out routines so on my legs and stomache days is still okay to use my dumbbells even though it's not bicep and chest days r do I need to let them recover .I'm 36 and I'm just learning the right way to do things , especially muscle recovery

Not the same bro, I think the B and D are more likely to target same muscle areas on your legs
A is 'Lunges' and B is 'Reverse lunges'. A targets quads (front) and B targets Glute and Hamstrings (back of the leg muscles)
