I’ve been watching sidesurf cake studio a lot lately!! She’s amazing ! The onion skin was made out of wafer paper, and she uses green because a lot of people use her vids without giving her credit! But you always do 🙂

The frosting is green as a kind of watermark by the creator. Not every hyper realistic cake artist uses green frosting so when you see it’s greenyou know who made it! :)
