( Quran 5 : 3 )🔹Allah told us in the Quran “This day, I have perfected your religion for you, & completed my favour upon you and have chosen for you Islam as your religion”
Please NOTE the PERFECTED and COMPLETE religion was without any bid’ah ➜ bid’ah is all newly invented deeds which the Prophet P.B.U.H did not mention

Many muslims continue to do bid’ah by claiming this is bid’ah hasanah ( bid’ah hasanah is good newly invented deeds ) ➜ THESE PEOPLE SHOULD ASK THEMSELVES, HOW CAN A CONFIRMED SIN BE GOOD
Every muslim who is involved with bid’ah is wasting time, energy & money

If you practice acts of worship that the Messenger of Allah or his companions did not do you are saying Allah and his messager deprived us of something that is good for us WAL3IYAADUBILAAH!

@@martinshaw2327 The head covering you see here is part of tradition and culture. Some people in whose tradition this is not found also adopt wearing it. There is nothing wrong with it as it isn't against Islam. It is a Sunnah in the sense that the prophet (may God's peace and blessings be upon him) used to cover his head. You can see different fashion in head covering in different parts of the world - skullcaps, turbans, keffiye, 'imama etc. What's impermissible for us, is following styles that are highly specific to other religions and disbelievers, like the kippah which Jews wear.

He's right. I dont want to name actions or groups of people but i have heard alot from people that suddenly make dua remix in the masjid where it sounds very strange and iv never heard them before in any dua in my life. Its sounded like a song and then everyone was repeating after the imam. Then the people that celebrate the birth of the prophet in a wrong way with music and partys. Lets keep it real and follow the prophet's footsteps. May Allah grant us understanding
Yes, it's practised even in India.in India, I've seen muslims celebrating death anniversary and birthday of Prophet Muhammad(PBUH) which is HARAM in Islam.

why must we all fight within people of the Ummah? We should just accept with what their believes are. That does not mean that we must follow them. Do not forget what Allah says in Surah Al Kafirun. May Allah lead the ones astray back to the straight path.
I believe the issue with innovation is that they (innovators) are also quoting the hadiths of Prophet Mohammad SAW in in their own interpretation or using some of the weak hadiths. And most common folks get confused by that.

An innovation is something like saying that we can pray 6 ra'ka instead of 4 for salat al-Isha. The Prophet (saws) never did that, so we can't. Even if you think "I want to glorify more Allah".

Using CZcams for Dawah and Bayah is a biddah. Islam can only be spread by missionaries, emissaries and face to face talking. Not through funding Madrasah. Did the Prophet (May Peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) use Internet to Propagate the religion?
Asalam alaikum I love n follow the teachings of Mr menk mashallah may allh grant u jannah , but this is my question if the prophet ( p b u h) used to wake up his family for tahajjud how does is it become bida a when you inform pp through msg that we wake up for tahajud on such day for the intation of making dua for our brothers in Palestine , as its said the dua for many is better, and wen pp are a sleep is wen dua are more answered, at that time pp had no phones so should we use it for the sake of Allah or, inshaAllah may Allah make it easy for us ameen

So i think we are pretty much on the same page. But once again i'll say that just Mufti Menk studied in Dar-al-uloom, that doesn't make him a deobandi.
So if we are facing hardships are we not supposed to recite Dua yunus 100 or 1000 times or abundantly daily for eradication?please answer.

There are good innovations which are rewarded.. the word bid'ah has been overused and carries a negative connotation when it really isn't. Praying the Taraweeh prayer in congregation is a good bid'ah, just like celebrating the milaad is a good innovation. May we all be on the right path and not be misguided, aameen.

In Quran its says "kullu bidaathul llalaala, kullu llaalalathin finnaar" ,, kul means "all". So u mean Quran has grammar errors?
