Mera 4 saal ka IT field me experience hai agar mai Schengen visa pe portugal aa jaun to kya mai article 90 me apply kar sakte hun ,abhi kya situation hai waha pe 90 ka.

Currently you can only come to portugal on any D type visa from your home or residence country, the only one option which is still open if you come on a schengen visa is to apply for a vocational training in portugal then book appointment for article 92 once you have a declaration from your Institute.
